en ایجاد برنامه کاربردی پرونده سلامت فردی برای مراقبت‌های دیابت بارداری مبتنی بر تلفن همراه هوشمند متفرقه Miscellaneous پژوهشي Research پیش‌زمینه و هدف: دیابت بارداری مادر باردار را در تمام طول بارداری درگیر کرده و بارداری پرخطری را برای مادر و جنین به همراه دارد. آگاهی زنان باردار درباره این بیماری و راه‌های کنترل آن میزان خطرات ناشی از عوارض آن کاهش می‌دهد. هدف اصلی پژوهش ایجاد برنامه کاربردی پرونده سلامت فردی مراقبت‌های دیابت بارداری مبتنی بر تلفن همراه هوشمند بود. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نوع توسعه‌ای-کاربردی بود. به‌منظور تعیین اقلام داده، پرسشنامه‌ای تهیه و از  کلیه اعضای هیئت‌علمی گروه زنان و زایمان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان (پنج نفر) و اعضای هیئت‌علمی گروه مامایی دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران (هفت نفر) نیازسنجی انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج، نمونه اولیه برنامه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار بیسیک فور اندروید و زبان برنامه‌نویسی بیسیک و تحت سیستم‌عامل اندروید طراحی گردید. در مدت یک‌ماهه ارزیابی، نمونه اولیه بر روی تلفن همراه 25 نفر از زنان باردار با دیابت بارداری مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان تأمین اجتماعی تک تخصصی زنان و زایمان وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان نصب گردید. سپس نظرات بیماران در مورد نمونه اولیه با پرسشنامه ارزیابی قابلیت استفاده و رضایت کاربران جمع‌آوری شد. یافته‌ها: ارزیابی قابلیت استفاده از برنامه نشان داد بیماران برنامه را با میانگین امتیاز 99/7 (از مجموع نه امتیاز) در سطح خوب ارزیابی کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان از برنامه‌های کاربردی تلفن همراه جهت کمک به بیماران مبتلا به دیابت بارداری در کنترل قند خون، کاهش عوارض بیماری و ارتقاء سلامتی آن‌ها استفاده نمود. Background & Aims: Gestational diabetes is a disease that affects pregnant women throughout the pregnancy period. In addition to difficulties of pregnancy, it would be creating more problems for pregnant women, and make a high-risk pregnancy for mother and fetus as well. Pregnant women&#39s awareness about the disease and know how to control it can reduce the risks of complications. The main purpose of this study was to develop a personal health record application for gestational diabetes. Materials & Methods: this was an applied developmental study. Based on the present study, a questionnaire was prepared to determine the data elements and their fields. For this aim, the questionnaire was filled by all faculty members of the department of obstetrics and gynecology in Kashan university of medical sciences (5 persons), and faculty members of the department of midwifery, school of nursing and midwifery in Iran university of medical sciences (7 persons) as a requirement assessment. Prototype was developed using basic4 android integrated development environment, and android programming language based on results obtained from the requirement assessment. Then the prototype of application was installed on smart phone of 25 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were referred to gynecology hospital affiliated with social security organization in Kashan during one-month. Finally, usability and user satisfaction assessment questionnaire was distributed among participants to express their opinions about the available application. Results: Usability evaluation showed that patients evaluated the application with a mean score of 7.99 (out of 9 points) and it was evaluated in a good level.
