  Introduction :Today, we are faced to statistical increasing of birth cesarean as an unnecessary medical technology, but actually we are unaware from harmful results of giving birth cesarean for mother and her infant that by vaginal giving birth as a traditional method for childbirth can reduce these complications, but vaginal giving birth method is not desired as before, so the result of this matter must be known to present the proper solutions.   Method of Research: This research is a description - analytical research. The sample was selected via available randomly sampling that they were 10 0 people. In this study, the questionnaire of demographical data investigation and tocology histories and questionnaire of studying the viewpoints of pregnancy women about factors affecting in select of giving birth method .   Findings : in viewpoint of under studies units was priority included of fear of giving birth pain, possibility damage to health of foetus , feeling stress and anxiety, genital organ tearing, sexual relation changing, lack of enough nurse and obstetrician , Husband Emphasis, physician advice, insurance for cost of cesarean and people experiences.   Conclusion: By considering to the known set of reasons, it seems logical that by applying the various methods to reduce pain like Lamaz method, giving birth in water, consulting, mental andaffectionate supporting, can begin effective steps to progress the tendency of pregnancy women for vaginal giving birth.
