 Study in service training effectiveness in Nurses group of Imam Reza hospital     Zarparvar S [1] *,Hassani M [2] , Kabiri A [3] , Sameri M [4]     Received: 20 Jun , 2013 Accepted: 14 Aug , 2013    Abstract  Background & Aims : Organizations, public and professional life much dependent on the skills and knowledge of their workforce. Due to the advances in modern technology, and the unprecedented growth that has taken place in the field of medical information, The need for training of nurses is essential in the current. This investigation have done in order to examine the inservice training effectiveness in nursing group of Imam Reza Hospital.  Materials & Methods : Based on a descriptive-survey, our population for study included 129 people. Because of insufficient number of understudy population, sampling method was canceled, and we used a questionnaire including 24 questions for data gathering based on Likret scale. 115 questionnaire from nurses, and the same number from head nurses were collected. SPSS statistical software (descriptive, t test) have been used for data analysis. Results: - Nurses participation in training courses increase their skills. This is more effective for nurses from the head nurses point of view.  - Nurses taking part in training courses increase collaboration and mutual assistance. - There was no difference from the view point of nurses and head nurses about this affection. - Nurses participation in training courses increase discipline, and it is considered more important for head nurses comparing to the nurses. - Job satisfaction is another important result of participating in training courses for nurses. From the viewpoint of head nurses this effect considered more important for nurses. - Training courses result in innovation. From the viewpoint of head nurses this effect observed important for nurses. - Nurses participation in training courses result to reduction of wasted activities.
