  Impellent factors and challenges of e-health     Habibzadeh, H [1] , Jafarizadeh H [2] , Mohamadpor Y [3] , Rahmani A [4] , Salehi tali SH [5]    Received: 2 Mar, 2011 Accepted: 18 May, 2011    Abstract   Background & Aims : Today most people are convinced that in order to reduce health care costs, early treatment is necessary. Widespread wireless technologies and the Internet has a great impact on health care.   Materials & Methods : This was a review study . Data were collected from different librar ies and Internet sources related to factors and challenges facing e- health.   Results : In comparison with the traditional system of care, E-Health has progressed enough to be the largest industry and brings health care homes. Having access to e-health in urban and remote areas of developed and developing countries increases health level. The electrical safety system successfully used as preserving and improving the health of these communities.   Conclusion : E-health is modern and large revolution in medicine.
