Abstract
Background &Aims :A safe environment for establishing an electronic health record is one of the priorities of Ministry of Health for all hospitals in Iran. The purpose of this study was to determine security standards, and to evaluate the hospital information systems according to that standards.
Materials & Methods: This is a cross-sectional descriptive study. Ten teaching hospitals with a hospital information system which were affiliated to Tabriz University of Medical Sciences were evaluated. The data were collected by using a self-constructed checklist according to the Functional Model of HER, and the interviews with the hospitals IT authorities. Data were analyzed using SPSS 16.
Results: The information infrastructure part of EHR functional model consists seven major parts, and security is one of them in which nine sub functions have been defined. The total rate for all security standards was 3/84 ±0/59. The higher rate was for authorization sub function (4/47±0/49), and the lower rate was for patient access management sub function (2/20±0/63). There was a significant relationship between the components rate of security part except for secure data exchange (P=0/002).
Conclusion: Considering the low rate of patient access management, it is recommended that HIS users and venders take into account this sub function besides their attention to all sub functions of EHR functional model.

Abstract
The effect of Benson Relaxation and Aromatherapy on Anxiety and Physiological indicators in patients unde rgoing coronary Angiography
Abstract
Background & Aim: The aim of this study was comparison of Benson Relaxation and Aromatherapy on anxiety levels of patients experiencing coronary angiography.
Materials & Methods: This study was a quasi-experimental three groups clinical trial. Community search was patients with undergoing coronary angiography.
This study was performed on 102 patients hospitalized for coronary angiography in S ari Fatemeh-Zahra hospital , Iran in 2013 .They were selected based on purposive sampling and randomly divided to control(n=33), Benson Relaxation(n=34)and Aromatherapy(n=33 ) groups. Spielberger scale was used to measure the anxiety , and the data were analyzed by using descriptive and analytic statistics.
Results : After using Benson Relaxation and Aromatherapy, the anxiety level decreased significantly . The difference was significant (p < 0/05) between the mean numbers of Benson Relaxation and control groups , and between Aromatherapy and control groups . B ut the results showed no significant statistical difference between the Benson Relaxation and Aromatherapy groups after the intervention . The variables of systolic blood pressure, pulse rate and respiratory rate in the Aromas and Relaxation groups reduced significantly comparing to the control group.
Conclusion: According to finding of this study, using aromatherapy and relaxation before stressful situation s like diagnostic technics, could be used to keep anxiety level in normal range. F or de creasing anxiety , applying complementary methods are highly recommended .

Abstract
Background & Aim: Errors in health care systems is a damaging phenomenon, and in some cases irreversible. The aim of this study was to evaluate the rate of nursing errors and its relation with fatigue in nurses' emergency ward.
Materials and Methods: The present study was a cross-sectional research conducted on the nurses who were working in the emergency wards of the selected hospitals affiliated to Urmia University of Medical Sciences in 2014. Data collection was carried out through Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory (MFI), Nursing Errors Questionnaire, and Demographic Information Questionnaire.
Results: Out of the studied nurses, 88 (51.8%) were women, and 82 (48.2%) were men. The mean and the standard deviation of the nurses’ age were 23.2±6.6 years. The mean and the standard deviation of their work experience were 8.4±6.3 years. There was a positive and significant relationship between the occurrence of nursing errors and activity decrease (p=0.021, r=0.17), mental fatigue (p=0.009, r=0.19), and the total score of fatigue (p=0.023, r=0.17) (P

Abstract
Background & Aims: The previous researches have shown that alexithymia and interpersonal problems are related to marital satisfaction, and when marital dissatisfaction is in response to alexithymia and interpersonal problems, it is more likely to affect a marital status. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships among alexithymia and interpersonal problems with marital satisfaction in married female nurses of the public hospitals in Kerman City.
Materials & Methods: In this descriptive-correlation study, the study sample consisted of 234 married female nurses who were selected through multi-stage random sampling, and responded to the Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20), the Interpersonal Problems (IIP), and the ENRICH Couple scale (ECS) . The analysis of the data was performed by using SPSS software, version 22, and using descriptive statistics and enter regression analysis.
Results: Results showed that there was a significant negative correlation among Alexithymia, and interpersonal problems with marital satisfaction. Also, enter regression analysis indicated that alexithymia and interpersonal problems significantly predicted 24% of the variance of marital satisfaction (p

Abstract
Background and Aim: Menstrual distress and menstrual irregularities are dimensions of menstrual disorders that have a significant impact on women's life. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between menstrual distress and its dimensions with menstrual patterns in female students in Sardasht, 2019.
Materials and Methods: The present study was a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study. Participants were 393 female students of Sardasht universities, who were enrolled in the study. After obtaining informed consent, participants completed a checklist for demographic and menstrual characteristics and a menstrual distress questionnaire (MDQ). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA and t-test with SPSS software (version 16). (P=0/05)
Results: The mean age of participants was 23 ± 4.08 years. 75.5% of participants had normal menstrual duration, 73.5% had normal menstrual blood volume, and 89.4% had.normal interval between two menstrual cycles. Examination of menstrual distress score showed that the majority of participants (50.6%) had mild menstrual distress. Menstrual distress score was related to water retention dimension (2.98 ± 2.78) and pain score was related to pain dimension (9.75± 4.66). There was no significant relationship between the duration of menstrual bleeding and menstrual distress and the interval between two menstrual cycles with menstrual distress (p>0.05). There was a significant relationship between menstrual blood volume and menstrual distress (p

Abstract
Background & Aim: Embedding a foreign body inside the heart is considered a significant event in a person's life and causes a change in the level of control a person has over the environment and his choices. Therefore, correctly identifying the center or source of control can play an essential role in formulating strategies for the participation of these patients in useful health behaviors and adopting active coping strategies. Considering the importance of understanding the dimensions of the health locus of control and the lack of a similar study on these patients, the present study was conducted to determine the health locus of control in the patients with a permanent cardiac pacemaker who were referred to the dysrhythmia clinic of Seyed al-Shohadah Center in Urmia, Iran between 2022 and 2023.
Materials & Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, 350 patients with permanent cardiac pacemakers referred to the dysrhythmia clinic of Seyyed al-Shohada Teaching Hospital in Urmia were selected using convenience sampling, and they completed the questionnaire. Demographic questionnaire and Multidimensional Health Locus of Control (MHLC) were used to collect data. This research was conducted over ten months, and all data was analyzed by SPSS software version 22 using descriptive statistics.
Results: The results of this study showed that the highest mean scores among the dimensions of health locus of control belongs to external (28.90 ± 4.77) internal (26.03 ± 5.33) controls. Also, the lowest mean score was related to chance (17.76 ± 6.78).
Conclusion: It can be concluded that the center of health control of the patients with internal pacemakers is mainly from external control of powerful people. According to these patients, their health and care plan and definite consequences are controlled by medical staff, doctors, and specialists, and the patients feel that they have more prominent role in their health.
