Pregnancy classes include group classes with the aim of educating pregnant women. The aim of this study was Assessment of pregnant women Satisfaction of Pregnancy Preparation Classes and its Relationship with Anxiety Level in this Women. Material & Methods: This study was a descriptive -correlational study of health system research. In this study, 80 pregnant women entered the study randomly. These women participated in Pregnancy Preparation Classes. After the end of the last session, the questionnaire was completed by the participants. The questionnaire consisted of three sections: demographic characteristics and satisfaction surveys from these classes and the Spielberger Anxiety Inventory. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. Results: Most women (53.8%) were fully satisfied with the way they were preparing their childbirth classes. The paired t-test showed that the anxiety score decreased significantly after intervention in pregnant women (P = 0.000) and Paired t-test showed that there was no significant relationship between satisfaction rate and anxiety level in these women (p≤0.05). Conclusion: Participating in Pregnancy Preparation Classes is recommended to increase the satisfaction of pregnant women and reduce pregnancy anxiety.   }, URL = {http://unmf.umsu.ac.ir/article-1-3403-en.html}, eprint = {http://unmf.umsu.ac.ir/article-1-3403-en.pdf}, journal = {Nursing and Midwifery Journal}, doi = {}, year = {2018} }
