Spirituality and spiritual wellbeing of staff is an inseparable personal element that influences on their job satisfaction. The aim of this study is deterring role of staff spiritual wellbeing on job satisfaction in Khoy health and treatment system. Material & Methods: In this descriptive- correlational study, 330 staffs of khoy health and treatment system entered in the study by strata random sampling. Data were gathered by two tools, Paloutzian and Elisson spiritual wellbeing scale (1983) and Herzberg job satisfaction scale (1996). Then data were coded and entered into SPSS 18 and analyzed through descriptine and inferential statistics indices. All of ethical issues was considered by authors. Results: 10.7% of samples were medical doctors, 85% B.S and 4.3% M.S. 17% of them were in high social class and 31% were satisfied from economic status. 68.5% of nurses, 66.32% of laboratory and radiology experts, 48% of headquarter staff and 31.42% of doctors and managers had high spiritual wellbeing and 0%, 0%, 65 and 8.58% of them had low spiritual wellbeing respectively. Doctors and managers, laboratory and radiology experts, nurses and headquarter staff had the most job satisfaction orderly. There was meaningful direct positive correlation between spiritual wellbeing and job satisfaction of samples. There was a positive meaningful correlation between satisfaction from economic status with spiritual wellbeing and age with job satisfaction only. Conclusion: Nurses had the highest spiritual wellbeing and the lowest job satisfaction and doctors had the lowest spiritual wellbeing and the highest job satisfaction. The positive correlation between spiritual wellbeing and job satisfaction showed that using spiritual and religious rituals can promote staff job satisfaction and lead to high organizational productivity. According to results staff education to create commitment, stress reduction, increase spirituality, stabilizing staff employing status and increase their salary is recommended.   M3 ER -
