en تأثیر مشاوره زناشویی بر رضایت زناشویی والدین کودکان کم توان ذهنی مدیریت پرستاری Nursing management پژوهشي Research   تأثیر مشاوره زناشویی بر رضایت زناشویی والدین کودکان کم توان ذهنی     حسین جناآبادی [1] *     تاریخ دریافت 25/01/1391 تاریخ پذیرش 25/03/1391     چکیده   پیش و زمینه و هدف: خانواده کودکان کم توان ذهنی با مشکلات فراوانی در زمینه نگهداری، تربیت و آموزش آن‌ها روبه رو هستند که این مسائل می‌تواند بر سلامت روانی و رضایت زناشویی والدین تأثیر منفی بگذارد. با توجه به این موضوع که این گونه والدین برای مقابله با مشکلات خانوادگی، نیازمند کمک می‌باشند، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تأثیر مشاوره زناشویی بر رضایت زناشویی آن‌ها انجام گرفت.   مواد و روش کار: مطالعه حاضر از نوع آزمایشی (طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون) با گروه گواه است که تعداد 30 زوج دارای کودک کم توان ذهنی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه و در دو مرحله (قبل و 45 روز پس از اجرای برنامه مشاوره زناشویی) به وسیله آزمون رضایت زناشویی انریچ مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. در ضمن داده‌ها از طریق آزمون t-test برای گروه‌های مستقل و با استفاده از نسخه 17 نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.   یافته‌ها: والدین آموزش دیده در مقایسه با والدین آموزش ندیده از نظر رضایت زناشویی و ابعاد چهارگانه آن (تحریف آرمانی، ارتباطات، رضایت زناشویی و حل تعارض) در سطح مطلوب تری قرار دارند.   بحث و نتیجه گیری: اجرای کلاس‌های ویژه آموزش والدین کودک کم توان ذهنی در زمینه مقابله با مشکلات و ناسازگاری‌های روانی و زناشویی از طرف ارگان‌ها و سازمان‌های ذی‌ربط ضروری می‌نماید.   کلید واژه‌ها: رضایت زناشویی، والدین کودک کم توان ذهنی، مشاوره زناشویی     دوماهنامه دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی ارومیه، دوره دهم، شماره چهارم، پی در پی 39، مهر و آبان 1391، ص 524-516     آدرس مکاتبه: دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان، گروه علوم تربیتی؛ تلفن: 09153499137   Email: hjenaabadi@yahoo.com   [1] استادیار ،گروه علوم تربیتی ، دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان(نویسنده مسئول)   2 Marital Satisfaction   The Effect of Marital Counseling on Marital Satisfaction of Parents of Mental Retarded Children     Jenaabadi H [1] *     Received: 15 Mar , 2012 Accepted: 14 Jun , 2012    Abstract   Background & Aims: Parents of mental retarded children have many problems in maintenance, training and education of their children. These problems have negative impact on parent’s mental health and marital satisfaction. Considering the fact that these families need help to overcome their problems, this study was conducted to investigate the impact of marital counseling on marital satisfaction of parents with mental retarded children.  Materials & Methods: the present research is an experimental study (pre-test and post test) with a control group, 30 couples with mental retarded children in two experimental and control groups were studied in two stages (before and 45 days after marital counseling program) using ENRICH marital satisfaction questionnaire.
