en صلاحیت‌های مربی بالینی در دوره کارورزی: آنالیز محتوای کیفی مدیریت پرستاری Nursing management مروری Review article   صلاحیت‌های مربی بالینی در دوره کارورزی: آنالیز محتوای کیفی     مینا جوزی [1] ، زهره ونکی [2] * ، عیسی محمدی [3]     تاریخ دریافت 15/04/1392 تاریخ پذیرش 21/06/1392   چکیده   پیش زمینه و هدف: با توجه به تغییرات روزافزون در کیفیت مراقبت بر لزوم باصلاحیت بودن پرستاران جهت ارائه مراقبت ایمن، تاکید بیشتری می‌گردد. در حالی که بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد اغلب دانش آموختگان پرستاری، صلاحیت لازم برای ورود به بازار کار را ندارند. یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر این مسئله، فقدان صلاحیت‌های لازم در مربیان دوره کارورزی است که مرحله نهایی آموزش پرستاری را بر عهده دارند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین صلاحیت‌های لازم مربی بالینی در دوره کارورزی، انجام شده است.   مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش، از روش تحقیق کیفی، تحلیل محتوی از نوع متعارف استفاده گردید.16 نفر از دانشجویان، مربیان و پرسنل دخیل در آموزش بالینی دوره کارورزی از دانشگاه‌های مختلف کشور، پس از رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی، مورد مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند قرار گرفتند. داده‌های بدست آمده پس از ضبط و نسخه برداری با نرم افزار Maxqda2007 بررسی شده و مضامین به صورت استقرایی از داده‌های خام استخراج شدند.   یافته‌ها: طی تحلیل داده‌ها5 درون مایه و 12 طبقه شامل ویژگی‌های شخصیتی (نحوه برخورد، انتقادپذیری، نگرش حرفه‌ای)، ارتباطات حرفه‌ای (نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی، رعایت اصول اخلاقی و ارتباط چندبعدی)، آموزش حرفه‌ای (توانمندی در به‌کارگیری روش‌های آموزشی اثر بخش، مهارت در به‌کارگیری دانش) قدرت مدیریتی (توانمندی در نظارت و سرپرستی دانشجویان کارورزی) و توانمندی در ارزشیابی بالینی ( مهارت در تبیین معیارهای عینی ارزشیابی و توانمندی در به‌کارگیری ارزشیابی مشارکتی دانشجو) پدیدار شدند.   بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نقش بسیار مؤثر مربیان در آموزش دانشجویان پرستاری در عرصه و نیز کسب استقلال و اعتماد به نفس دانشجویان در ارائه مراقبت ایمن از بیماران توصیه می‌شود که به حفظ و ارتقاء صلاحیت بالینی مربیان در راستای اهداف طرح کارورزی، از سوی برنامه ریزان آموزش پرستاری توجه بیشتری اعمال گردد.   کلید واژه‌ها : صلاحیت، دانشجوی پرستاری، مربی پرستاری، آموزش بالینی، دوره کارورزی     مجله دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی ارومیه، دوره یازدهم، شماره نهم ، پی در پی 50، آذر 1392، ص 737-723   آدرس مکاتبه: دانشکده علوم پزشکی، دانشگاه تربیت مدرس تهران، گروه پرستاری، تلفن: 82883814 -021   Email: Vanaki_z@modares.ac.ir   [1] دانشجوی دکتری پرستاری،گروه پرستاری، دانشکده علوم پزشکی، دانشگاه تربیت مدرس تهران   [2] دانشیار گروه پرستاری، دانشکده علوم پزشکی، دانشگاه تربیت مدرس تهران ( نویسنده مسوول )   [3] دانشیار گروه پرستاری، دانشکده علوم پزشکی، دانشگاه تربیت مدرستهران   4 Dolan   Competencies of clinical instructors during the internship: qualitative content analysis     Jouzi M [1] , Vanaki Z [2] *, Mohammadi E [3]     Received: 6 Jul , 2013 Accepted: 13 Sep , 2013    Abstract   Background & Aims : Due to continuous changes in the quality of care, the need for providing safe care by competent nurses is interesting. While surveys show that most nursing graduates, are eligible for inclusion in the labor market.One of the effective factors is the lack of required competencies in the internship period educators that are responsible for the final phase of nursing education. The purpose of this study was to determine clinical educators` competencies during internship period.  Materials & Methods : In this study, a qualitative design, conventional content analysis was used. 16 persons that participated to clinical education in internship period interviewed semi-structurally.
