en تبیین عوامل تسکین‌دهنده تنش والدینی در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research پیش‌زمینه و هدف: امروزه والدین در مراقبت نوزاد در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان نقش مهمی دارند. ازآنجاکه حمایت والدین بخش مهمی از مسئولیت پرستاران می‌باشد. مطالعه‌ای باهدف تبیین عوامل تسکین‌دهنده تنش والدین اجرا شد. مواد و روش کار: روش تحلیل محتوی کیفی در این مطالعه استفاده شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان مطالعه شامل 21 نفر از والدین، پزشکان و پرستاران بیمارستان‌های شهر اصفهان بودند که به روش مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها: بر اساس تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها سه‌طبقه اصلی عوامل حمایتی، عوامل مراقبتی درمانی، و عوامل ارتباطی به‌دست آمد.  بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: اکنون عملکرد پرستاران در بخش مراقبت ویژه متمرکز بر بقاء نوزادان و توجه به نیازهای رشد و تکامل آنان است. نظر به این‌که یکی از وظایف پرستار نوزادان ارائه مراقبت مناسب به والدین می‌باشد، شناخت عوامل تسکین‌دهنده تنش والدینی به تیم مراقبتی درمانی در کاهش استرس والدین کمک می‌کند. Background & Aims: Parents play an important role in the care of infants in NICUs. Since parental support is an important part of the nurse&#39s responsibility, this study was conducted to investigate the factors of parental stress relief. Material & Methods: Qualitative content analysis was used in this study. Study participants included 21 parents, doctors and nurses in Isfahan hospitals who were selected by purposive sampling method. Results: Based on the data analysis, three main categories were observed including supportive care factors, health care factors, and communication factors. Conclusion: Nurses performance in the NICU focuses on the survival and development needs of the infants.
