en بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر کار آیی مدیران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه با تأکید بر مهارت‌های سه‌گانه مدیریت مدیریت پرستاری Nursing management پژوهشي Research  بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر کار آیی مدیران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه با تأکید بر مهارت‌های سه‌گانه مدیریت  بهاره عزیزی‌نژاد[1]٭، رحیمه پورحیدر[2]  تاریخ دریافت 18/04/1393 تاریخ پذیرش 19/06/1393  چکیده  پیش‌زمینه و هدف: امروزه در تمام کشورهای جهان، نقش سلامت و حفظ آن در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سیاسی حائز اهمیت است. بدین‌جهت صاحب‌نظران امر توسعه معتقدند که برای دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی و علمی در زمینه سلامت و درمان مدیران و مربیان باید از شایستگی و کار آیی لازم برخوردار باشند. ازاین‌رو در این تحقیق، رابطه ویژگی‌های فردی مشتمل بر سن، سابقه خدمت، سابقه مدیریت و مهارت‌های سه‌گانه (انسانی، ادراکی و فنی) مدیران با کار آیی آنان بررسی شده است.  مواد و روش‌ها: روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی ـ پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری، شامل مدیران دانشگاه به تعداد 103 نفر می‌باشد. نمونه آماری شامل 52 مدیر است که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب گردیده است. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از دو پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. یک پرسشنامه مخصوص مدیران، جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات فردی از آنان و دیگری، برای سنجش کار آیی مدیران توسط کارکنان بود.  یافته‌ها: اهم نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد که بین سن و کار آیی (250/0=r و 740/0=P) و بین سابقه خدمت و کار آیی (188/0-=r و 182/0=P) رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد ولی بین سابقه مدیریت و کار آیی رابطه مثبت و مستقیم معنادار (127/0=r و 04/0=P) وجود دارد. بین مهارت‌های سه‌گانه مدیران (فنی، انسانی و ادراکی) با کار آیی، رابطه وجود دارد، بطوریکه با افزایش هر یک از آن‌ها بر کار آیی مدیران افزوده می‌شود.  بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: شناخت عوامل مؤثر، مهارت‌های سه‌گانه و نحوه رابطه آن‌ها با کار آیی ازجمله نتایج این پژوهش بود که آگاهی از آن‌ها برای مدیران برای دستیابی به کار آیی سودمند خواهد بود. کلیدواژه‌ها: کار آیی، مهارت‌های سه‌گانه مدیریت، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه  مجله دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی ارومیه، دوره دوازدهم، شماره هفتم، پی‌درپی 60، مهر 1393، ص 584-576  آدرس مکاتبه: گروه علوم تربیتی، دانشگاه پیام نور ایران، تلفن: 09143885393  Email: bahareh19@gmail.com   [1] استادیار، دکتری گروه علوم تربیتی گرایش مدیریت آموزشی، دانشگاه پیام نور ایران (نویسنده مسئول)   [2] کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت آموزشی، مدرس دانشگاه پیام نور  FACTORS AFFECTING EFFICIENCY OF MANAGERS OF URMIA MEDICAL SCIENCES UNIVERSITY WITH EMPHASIS ON TRIPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS  Azizi Nejad B[1]*, Pourheydar R 2   Received: 9 Jul , 2014 Accepted: 10 Sep , 2014  Abstract  Background & Aims: Todays, role of health and it’s maintaining is very important in development of economic, cultural, social and political matter in all countries. Therefore, experts believe that to achieve educational goals, and scientific development in the field of health, managers and coaches must have the necessary competence and efficiency. Hence, the goal of this research is study of the relationship between the individual characteristics, including age, work experience, management experience, and triple skills of managers (human, technical, perceptional parameters) and efficiency.  Materials & Methods: This study is a descriptive survey. The statistical population included 103 managers of university, and the sample included 52 managers that were selected using random sampling. Two questionnaires were used to collect the data. One of the them is to collect personal information from them, and the other one is used to measure the efficiency of managers by staff.  Results: The main results showed that there is no significant relationship between age and performance (r =0.250 , P =0.740) and between job experience and efficiency (r =-0.188 , P=0.182), however, there is direct positive relationship between experience of management and efficiency (r =0.127 , P =0.04). There are relationships between triple skills of managers (technical, human and conceptual) and efficiency, so by increasing the efficiency, the skills will be better as well.  Conclusion: Identity of factors, the three skills, and their relationships with the efficiency are the factors that can be useful for managers to achieve efficiency.
