en عملکرد کارکنان اتاق عمل در رعایت ایمنی تزریقات: یک مطالعه مشاهده‌ای پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research تاریخ دریافت 29/11/1394 تاریخ پذیرش 02/02/1395 چکیده پیش‌زمینه و هدف: هدف از اقدامات پزشکی حفظ حیات و بهبود سلامتی است و کارکنان بهداشتی درمانی و بخصوص پرستاران، مسئولیت ارائه مراقبت همراه با ایمنی را به عهده دارند. ایمنی تزریقات در القا، حفظ و اتمام بیهوشی بیماران از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان رعایت اصول ایمنی تزریقات در اتاق‌های عمل طراحی و اجرا گردید. مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی در سال 94-1393 در اتاق‌های عمل یکی از مراکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه صورت گرفت. در این پژوهش، عملکرد کارکنان در انجام ایمن تزریقات در یک دوره شش‌ماهه بررسی شد. چک‌لیست استاندارد سازمان جهانی بهداشت برای ثبت و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: در طول مدت مطالعه 345 تزریق به‌صورت مشاهده‌ای ثبت شد. مقایسه سه حیطه قبل، حین و بعد از تزریق نشان داد عملکرد کارکنان در رعایت موازین، به ترتیب در مرحله قبل از تزریق بیشترین (1/90درصد) و در مرحله پس از تزریق کمترین (7/37درصد) میزان را دارند. آزمون تی زوجی نشان داد که بین دو جنس ازنظر میزان رعایت موازین تزریق ایمن اختلاف آماری معنی‌دار وجود دارد (P=0.024). ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد بین رعایت موازین تزریق ایمن با هر دو متغیر سن و سابقه کار ارتباط مستقیم وجود دارد و همبستگی با سابقه کار ازنظر آماری معنی‌دار است (P=0.014). بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: تبیین اهمیت موضوع، آموزش کارکنان و تدوین، تقویت و اجرای موازین نظارتی مواردی هستند که به رعایت بیش‌ازپیش ضوابط تزریقات ایمن کمک می‌کنند. کلیدواژه ­ها: اتاق عمل، کارکنان درمانی، تزریقات، ایمنی بیمار Received: 18 Feb, 2016 Accepted: 22 Apr, 2016 Abstract Background & Aims: The aim of medical practice is to preserve and improve health and healthcare workers, especially nurses, are responsible for the providing care with safety. Medication injection safety is of utmost importance as the most common method in induction, maintenance and termination of anesthesia in patients. This study aimed to evaluate the medication injection safety in operating room settings. Materials & Methods: This observational study was performed in the operating rooms of a teaching hospital affiliated to Urmia University of Medical Sciences in 2014-15. In this study, performance of employee was studied in three stages of injection practice: pre-injection, during and post-injection in a six-month period. Data collection was conducted by the World Health Organization standard checklist. Results: During the study period, 345 injections were observed in two operating room settings. Comparison of three injection stages showed the most (89.7%) and the least (40.5%) conformance in pre-injection and post- injection stages, respectively. Paired t-test showed that the conformity of safe injection practice on the basis of gender was statistically significant (P = 0.024). Pearson correlation coefficients showed direct correlation between safe injection conformity with age and work experience. Correlation between safe injection conformity and working experience was statistically significant (P=0.014). Conclusion: Based on the results and findings of the study, the importance of principles for safe injection practice was found in the operating rooms.
