en بررسی تاثیر آموزش پیش دبستانی بر آگاهی‌های بهداشتی دانش آموزان اول ابتدایی پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research   بررسی تاثیر آموزش پیش دبستانی بر آگاهی‌های بهداشتی دانش آموزان اول ابتدایی     سیدحمید شریف نیا [1] ، حمید حجتی [2] ،مسعود شریف نیا [3]     تاریخ دریافت: 25/7/89 تاریخ پذیرش:3/8/89     چکیده   پیش زمینه و هدف: سلامتی و تعلیم و تربیت کودکان یکی از مسایل مهم اجتماعی که نقش اساسی در پیشرفت اجتماعی و اقتصادی جامعه دارد مطرح است. این مطالعه جهت تعیین نقش آموزش پیش دبستانی بر آگاهی‌های بهداشتی دانش آموزان اول ابتدایی منطقه4 تهران انجام گرفت.   مواد و روش کار : پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌ای مورد-شاهد است. نمونه‌ها شامل 152دانش‌آموز اول ابتدایی که شرایط پژوهش را دارا بودند به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌بندی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش­نامه ‌ای 4بخشی با 54سوال بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمونتی مستقل، مجذورکای و آنالیز واریانس) استفاده شد.   یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین آگاهی بهداشتی پسران آموزش دیده و ندیده در زمینه تغذیه (003/0 P= )و بهداشت فردی(03/0 P= )، همچنین بین آگاهی بهداشتی دختران آموزش دیده و ندیده در زمینه تغذیه(005/0 P= ) ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود دارد. سواد مادران (000/0 P< )، سواد پدران (02/0 P= ) بر آگاهی‌های بهداشتی کودکان، متغیر گروه بر آگاهی بهداشتی از تغذیه (000/0 P< )، پیشگیری از حوادث (04/0 P= ) و بهداشت فردی(03/0 P= ) نیز معنی‌دار بود. نتایج اختلاف معنی‌دار دیگری را بین متغیرها نشان نداد.   بحث و نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج، آموزش کودکان تاثیر بسزایی بر آگاهی‌های بهداشتی دارد. از آنجا که شکل‌گیری رفتار بهداشتی موضوعی چند وجهی بوده و عوامل متفاوتی علاوه بر حضور یا عدم حضور آموزش پیش دبستانی می‌تواند بر آن تاثیر گذار باشد، بررسی همه جانبه این عوامل می‌تواند معیارهای واضح‌تری جهت طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی موثر کودکان فراهم سازد و پرستاران بهداشت جامعه در مدارس بهترین افراد جهت استفاده بهینه از منابع برای ارتقاء سطح آگاهی و عملکرد بهداشتی کودکان هستند.   کلید واژه‌ها: آموزش، پیش دبستانی، سلامت کودکان، آگاهی بهداشتی     دوماهنامه دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی ارومیه، دوره نهم، شماره دوم، پی در پی 31، خرداد و تیر 1390، ص 96-90     آدرس مکاتبه : بابل، دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی حضرت زینب (س) تلفن: 09111275093   Email: h.sharifnia@mubabol.ac.ir   [1] دانشجوی دوره دکترای پرستاری. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل، دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی حضرت آمل(نویسنده مسئول)   [2] کارشناس ارشد پرستاری. عضو باشگاه پژوهشگران جوان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، واحد علی آباد کتول   3 کارشناس ارشد پرستاری، عضو هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل     The role of pre primary school education on health awareness of first grade students     Sharifnia SH [1] , Hojati H [2] , Sharifnia M [3]    Received: 17 Oct, 2010 Accepted: 25Oct, 2010   Abstract Background & Aims: Children's health and their education is an important society issue that has an important and basic role in both the society and economical improvement. So this study was done to show the role of pre primary school to the awareness of the first grade students of Tehran 4th district to hygienic.  Materials & Methods: In this case-control study a questionnaire survey was carried out among 152 primary school students that were chosen by stratified random sampling. The Questionnaire was included demographic specification &54 questions about nourishment, prevention of accident and personal health. Data collected through interviews were evaluated using percentages, Chi-square, t-test and ANOVA.  Results: The result showed that there is a significant relationship between the hygienic awareness of the trained and untrained boys of nourishment (p=0.003), and personal sanitation (p=0.03), and also the hygienic awareness of the trained and untrained girls of nourishment (p=0.005). There was a significant relationship between mothers' literacy (p< 0.000), fathers' literacy (p=0.02) to children hygienic awareness, the group variable to the hygienic awareness of nutrition (p< 0.000), prevention of accidents (p=0.04) and personal sanitation (p=0.03) was significant too. The results didn’t show any significant difference between the variable.    Conclusion: According to the results, teaching the students has an effective influence on the hygienic awareness. As the formation of the hygienic behavior is a multi dimension issue and can be affected by some different factors besides the presence or lack of presence of pre primary school training.
