en بررسی و ارزشیابی معیارهای آموزشی مجتمع آموزش سلامت شهرستان بوکان در سال تحصیلی 1395 آموزش علوم پزشکی Medical Education پژوهشي Research پیش‌زمینه و هدف: ارزشیابی یک فرایند تحلیل کلی و نظام‌اند است که منجر به داوری و یا ارائه پیشنهادات مربوط به کیفیت یک موسسه آموزش عالی می­شود و می­تواند منجر به بهبود مستمر کیفیت شود، لذا مطالعه حاضر باهدف ارزشیابی آموزشی مجتمع آموزش سلامت شهرستان بوکان به انجام رسید. مواد و روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی بوده که با مشارکت تمامی مدیران، اساتید، دانشجویان و کارکنان مجتمع آموزش سلامت شهر بوکان و با استفاده از شاخص‌های ارزشیابی موسسه‌ای دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور انجام شد. ابتدا بررسی‌های توصیفی روی داده‌ها صورت گرفت و نتایج به‌صورت فراوانی و درصد برای متغیرهای کیفی و نیز میانگین و انحراف معیار برای متغیرهای کمی گزارش شد. همچنین نتایج به تفکیک برای هر حیطه گزارش شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین مطلوبیت از دیدگاه کلی دانشجویان، اساتید، مدیران، کارکنان و مستندات بررسی‌شده به ترتیب برابر 65، 79، 76، 70 و 70 درصد بود که در بین آن‌ها بالاترین سطح مربوط به نگاه اساتید و پایین‌ترین سطح مربوط به دانشجویان بود. متوسط کل نتایج برای کل جمعیت برابر 72 درصد بود. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بالاترین امتیاز به حوزه‌های رسالت و اهداف، آموزش مداوم فارغ‌التحصیلان و آموزش دانشجو و پایین‌ترین سطح به حوزه‌های مدیریت، هیئت‌علمی و اساتید و آموزش بالینی اختصاص دارد. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد که وضعیت این مجتمع در حد نسبتاً مطلوب می‌باشد، گرچه لزوم طراحی و اجرای مداخلاتی جهت مرتفع نمودن مشکلات حوزه‌های دارای نقص به‌وضوح احساس می‌شود.   Background & Aim: Evaluation is an overall process of systematic analysis that can lead to arbitration and offering the quality assurance of one higher education institution that yields continuous quality improvement. So this study aimed to evaluate the status of Boukan Nursing Educational Center. Materials & Methods: This cross-sectional study was done by the inclusion of all of the managers, faculties, students, and staff using the national educational accreditation tool for Iranian university of medical sciences. First, the descriptive analysis was done on data and the obtained results reported as frequency and percentage for qualitative variables, the mean and standard deviation for quantitative. The results categorized and reported for all dimensions separately after determining cutoff points. Results: The study results showed that the mean desirability level for the students, faculties, managers, and the staff was 65, 79, 76, 70 and 70 percent respectively. The highest compliance level was allocated to the faculties and the lowest level was among the students. The mean compliance level was 72 percent. Results regarding the evaluation of various dimensions indicated that the highest compliance level was allocated to “Mission and Goals”, “Continuous education of educated people” and “students’ education” and the lowest level was for “management”, “faculty members” and “clinical education” respectively.
