en بررسی ارتباط هوش اخلاقی و تعلق پذیری بالینی با خودکارآمدی بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی ارومیه در سال 1398 پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research پیش‌زمینه و هدف: خودکارآمدی در بالین، بر عملکرد آینده دانشجویان پرستاری در جهت مراقبت مستقل از بیمار تأثیر دارد، که یکی از مهم‌ترین نیازهای کلیه دانشجویان جهت عملکرد صحیح در محیط‌های یادگیری، نیاز به مرتفع سازی حس تعلق و هوش اخلاقی به‌مثابه یک راهنما برای رفتار و اعمال هوشمندانه می‌باشد. لذا این مطالعه باهدف تعیین ارتباط هوش اخلاقی و تعلق پذیری بالینی با خودکارآمدی بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی ارومیه در سال 1398 انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی حاضر به‌صورت تمام شماری 216 دانشجوی پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی ارومیه در سال 1398 انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه 4 بخشی مشخصات دموگرافیک، هوش اخلاقی، تعلق پذیری بالینی و خودکارآمدی عملکرد بالینی جمع‌آوری گردید. و آنالیز با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 16 با استفاده از آزمون‌های توصیفی - همبستگی انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین هوش اخلاقی و تعلق پذیری با خودکارآمدی رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد، که رابطه بین خودکارآمدی با تعلق پذیری برابر 522/0 و با هوش اخلاقی برابر با 469/0 می‌باشد. همچنین بر اساس آزمون پیرسون رابطه خطی مستقیمی بین تعلق پذیری و هوش اخلاقی (580/0 r=، 0001/0P=) وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: مسئولین باید با برنامه‌ریزی بهینه در آینده با ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش و بهبود سطح وضعیت خودکارآمدی بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری در ارتباط با تفهیم تعلق پذیری و هوش اخلاقی اقدام نمایند. در این راستا تلاش برای ایجاد شرایطی که دانشجویان احساس کنند به‌عنوان عضوی از تیم مراقبت با تعلق پذیری بیشتر می‌توانند عملکرد بالینی آن‌ها را بهبود بخشد. Background & Aims: Clinical self-efficacy has a bearing on the future performance of nursing students for independent care of the patient. One of the most important needs of all students for proper functioning in learning environments is to improve the sense of belonging and moral intelligence as a guide to clever behavior and actions. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between moral intelligence and clinical Belongingness with clinical self-efficacy of nursing students of Urmia Nursing and Midwifery Faculty in 2019. Material & Methods: A descriptive correlational study was conducted on 216 nursing students of Urmia Nursing and Midwifery Faculty in 2019. Data were collected using a 4-part questionnaire including demographic characteristics, ethical intelligence, clinical attachment, and clinical self-efficacy. The data were analyzed by SPSS software version 16 using descriptive - correlation tests. Results: The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between moral intelligence and clinical belongingness with self-efficacy. The relationship between self-efficacy with attachment and moral intelligence was equal to 52.22 and 46.95, respectively. In addition, based on Pearson&#39s test, there was a direct linear relationship between attachment and moral intelligence (r= 0.580, P=0.001). Conclusion: Authorities need to plan optimally by improving the quality of education and improving the level of clinical self-efficacy of nursing students.
