en مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه آموزشی دوره دکتری پرستاری ایران با دانشگاه تورنتو در کانادا، UC Davis کالیفرنیا و منچستر انگلستان پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research پیش‌زمینه و هدف: تضمین کیفیت آموزش عالی به‌ویژه آموزش دکتری یکی از دغدغه‌ها و اولویت‌های برنامه ریزان عرصه آموزش عالی هست. تطبیق، مقایسه و تحلیل ابعاد مختلف برنامه‌های آموزشی با سایر کشورها، در رفع این دغدغه بسیار مؤثر است. لذا این مطالعه باهدف مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه دکتری پرستاری ایران و دانشگاه تورنتو در کانادا، UC Davis کالیفرنیا و منچستر انگلستان انجام شد. مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه به روش توصیفی-تطبیقی در سال 1399 انجام شد. از الگوی چهار مرحله بردی جهت توصیف، تفسیر، هم‌جواری و مقایسه نظام آموزش دانشکده‌های پرستاری ایران با دانشکده‌های پرستاری تورنتو در کانادا (دانشکده بلومبرگ)، UC Davis کالیفرنیا (دانشکده پرستاری بتی ایرن مور) و منچستر انگلستان در مقطع دکتری استفاده شد. جستجوی اینترنتی در سایت‌های دانشگاه‌های مذکور صورت پذیرفت. سپس، داده‌های استخراج شده بر اساس هدف پژوهش، طبقه‌بندی و مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: برنامه هر چهار دانشگاه بر اساس اصول برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک دارای رسالت، چشم‌انداز و ارزش‌ها است. در ایران ورود به دوره دکتری نیاز به آزمون ورودی دارد. ولی در سایر دانشگاه‌ها این‌گونه نیست. بیشترین واحد روش تحقیق حضوری و سمینار در UC DAVIS برگزار می‌شود. در دانشگاه‌های ایران و UC DAVIS کالیفرنیا حمایت مالی از دانشجو صورت می‌گیرد ولی در دانشگاه منچستر باید تأییدیه رسمی حمایت مالی دانشجو و تأمین بودجه به دانشگاه ارائه شود. دانشگاه منچستر بیشترین زمان دوره پژوهشی را دارد ولی در سه دانشگاه دیگر دوره‌ها حضوری و پژوهشی هستند. دانشگاه منچستر دارای دوره‌های نیمه‌وقت و آموزش از راه دور نیز هست. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: از نقاط قوت برنامه دکترای در ایران، منطبق بودن ارزش‌ها و باورهای برنامه بر اساس نظام ارزش‌های اسلامی، حمایت مالی دانشجو و برگزاری کلاس‌ها به‌صورت حضوری است. از نقاط ضعف آن می‌توان عدم توجه بر برگزاری دوره‌های دکتری بالینی، عدم امکان انتخاب دانشجو به‌صورت اختیاری توسط دانشکده، عدم برنامه‌ریزی برای دروسی باهدف تربیت هیئت‌علمی، عدم استفاده از کلاس‌های آنلاین در دوره دکتری است. لذا، بر اساس تجارب کشورهای پیشرفته و نیازهای جامعه ایرانی، باید نقاط ضعف را اصلاح و نقاط قوت را تقویت کنیم. Background & Aims: Ensuring the quality of higher education, especially doctoral education, is one of the concerns and priorities of higher education planners. Adapting, comparing, and analyzing different dimensions of educational programs with other countries are very effective in addressing this concern. Therefore, this study tried to comparethe Iranian Nursing PhD program with the University of Toronto in Canada, UC Davis in California and Manchester in the United Kingdom. Materials & Methods: This descriptive-comparative study was conducted in 2020. The four-stage Beredy model of description, interpretation, neighborhood, and comparison was used to compare the Iranian nursing education system with the Nursing Faculty of Toronto in Canada, UC Davis in California and Manchester in the United Kingdom. Data were collected by the reputable websites of the universities. Then, the data were compared according to the aim of the research. Results: The program of all four universities has mission, vision, and values based on the principles of strategic planning. In Iran, entering the doctoral program requires an entrance exam. But this is not the case in other universities. Most face-to-face research methods and seminars are held at UC DAVIS. University of Iran and UC DAVIS in California provide financial support for students, but at the University of Manchester, official approval of student financial support and funding must be provided to the university. The University of Manchester has the most research time, but the other three universities offer face-to-face and research courses. The University of Manchester also offers part-time and distance learning courses. Conclusion: One of the strengths of the doctoral program in Iran is the compatibility of the values and beliefs of the program based on the system of Islamic values. However, it is not clinically oriented, and emphasizes only theory and research and requires the student to attend classes in person.
