en دانش و نگرش جنسی دختران نوجوان در آستانه ازدواج و ارتباط آن‌ها با متغیرهای دموگرافیک SEXUAL KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE OF ADOLESCENT GIRLS ON THE VERGE OF MARRIAGE AND ITS RELATIONSHIPS WITH DEMOGRAPHIC VARIABLES مامایی Midwifery پژوهشي Research پیش‌زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت دانش و نگرش جنسی در زندگی زناشویی، مطالعه‌ای باهدف تعیین میزان دانش و نگرش جنسی و ارتباط آن‌ها با عوامل دموگرافیک دختران نوجوان در آستانه ازدواج انجام شد. مواد و روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، 130 دختر نوجوان به روش تصادفی از بین مراجعه‌کنندگان به مرکز سلامت خانواده شهرستان همدان از آبان تا اسفند سال 1399 انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه‌های دموگرافیک و دانش و نگرش جنسی (SKAS) را تکمیل نمودند. برای تحلیل روابط بین متغیرها از آزمون‌های آماری تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه، تی مستقل، و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. تمام آزمون‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS 23 انجام و در تمامی تحلیل‌ها سطح اطمینان 95/0 در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: اصلی‌ترین منبع اطلاعات جنسی در 2/53درصد افراد، اینترنت بود. میانگین نمره دانش و نگرش جنسی افراد به ترتیب 62/34 و 56/23 بود. نمره دانش جنسی در 5/21درصد و نگرش جنسی در 81درصد دختران، کمتر از متوسط (30) بود. بین دانش و نگرش جنسی دختران همبستگی وجود نداشت، ولی بین سن دختران با نمره دانش (022/0=P) ونیز نگرش جنسی آن‌ها (001/0˂P) ارتباط خطی مستقیم و معنی‌دار وجود داشت. بین دسترسی به اینترنت با میانگین نمره دانش جنسی (001/0˂P) ونیز با نگرش جنسی (003/0=P) ارتباط آماری معنی‌دار وجود داشت. بین میانگین نمره نگرش جنسی با سطح تحصیلات دختران (004/0=P) ونیز با سطح تحصیلات همسرانشان (028/0=P) ارتباط آماری معنی‌دار وجود داشت. بین دانش و نگرش جنسی دختران با محل سکونت در شهر و روستا و تعداد خواهر و برادر آن‌ها و همسرانشان ارتباطی وجود نداشت. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نمره دانش جنسی بیش از دوسوم دختران بیشتر از متوسط و نمره نگرش جنسی بیش از دوسوم دختران کمتر از متوسط بود. بین دانش و نگرش جنسی با سن، و نگرش جنسی با سطح تحصیلات دختران و همسرانشان ارتباط وجود داشت. Background & Aim: Considering the importance of sexual knowledge and attitude in marital life, a study was conducted to measure sex knowledge and attitude of adolescent girls on the verge of marriage and its relationship with demographic variables. Materials & Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 130 adolescent girls were randomly selected among those who referred to the family health center of Hamedan city from November 2019 to March 2020 and filled out the Sex Knowledge and Attitude Scale (SKAS) and demographic questionnaires. One-way analysis of variance, independent t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the relationships between variables. All the tests were done using SPSS 23 software and the confidence level of 0.95 was considered in all the analyses. Results: Internet was the main source of sexual information in 53.2% of the girls. The average score of knowledge and sexual attitude of girls was 34.62 and 23.56, respectively. The score of sexual knowledge in 21.5% and sexual attitude in 81% of girls was lower than average (30). There was no correlation between knowledge and sexual attitude of the girls, but there was a direct and significant linear relationship of age with knowledge score (P=0.022) and with sexual attitude (P˂0.001). There was a statistically significant relationship of internet access with the mean score of sexual knowledge (P˂0.001) and with sexual attitude (P=0.003). There was a statistically significant relationship between the mean score of sexual attitude and the education level of girls (P=0.004) and the education level of their husbands (P=0.028). There was no relationship between the knowledge and sexual attitude of girls with the place of residence in the city and village and the number of their siblings and their husbands. Conclusion: More than two-thirds of girls had sexual knowledge scores more than medium, but sexual attitude scores less than medium.
