fa آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران شاغل در بخش اورژانس نسبت به فرآیند پرستاری پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">پیش‌زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران یکی از فاکتورهای اصلی در کاربرد فرآیند پرستاری و اجرای آن در مراقبت از بیمار است. لذا این پژوهش باهدف تعیین آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران در خصوص فرآیند پرستاری در اورژانس مراکز دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز (8 مرکز) اجرا گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">موارد و روش‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی می‌باشد که در بخش‌های اورژانس مراکز آموزشی و درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز انجام شد</span></span>.<span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> 263 نفر از پرستاران اورژانس به شکل تمام شماری وارد مطالعه شدند. آن‌ها پرسشنامه الکترونیکی آگاهی و نگرش نسبت به فرآیند پرستاری را تکمیل نمودند. درنهایت داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span>SPSS<span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> نسخه 22 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> نتایج نشان داد میانگین نمره کلی نگرش برابر 33/50 و میانگین نمره کلی آگاهی در خصوص فرآیند پرستاری برابر 19/24 می‌باشد که هر دو در محدوده متوسط می‌باشند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد بین سن پرستاران و سابقه خدمت پرستاران با آگاهی رابطه آماری معنی‌داری وجود داشت (016/0=</span></span>p<span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">).</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> با توجه به نتایج مطالعه می‌توان نتیجه گرفت اگرچه میزان آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران در مورد فرآیند پرستاری در حد متوسط بوده و فرآیند پرستاری را به‌عنوان چارچوب مراقبتی قبول داشتند، اما بررسی گویه‌ها نشان داد ازنظر پرستاران اجرای فرآیند پرستاری وقت‌گیر بوده و بیشتر نوشتاری است. لذا می‌توان با استفاده از آموزش‌های لازم، و نیز حذف وظایف غیرضروری، پرستاران را در به‌کارگیری سریع فرآیند پرستاری توانمند و تشویق نمود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background & Aim</span></i></b><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">:</span></i></b><b> </b><span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The knowledge and attitude of nurses </span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">are</span><span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> among the main factors in the application of the nursing process and its implementation in the patient care. Thus, this study was conducted to investigate the knowledge and attitude of nurses regarding the nursing process in the emergency departments (8 centers) of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Materials & Methods:</span></i></b><b> </b><span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This descriptive research was conducted in the Emergency Departments of Medical and Educational centers of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. Two hundred and sixty-three emergency nurses were included in the study</span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">. Sampling was done by </span><span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">census</span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> method </span><span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">and nurses</span> <span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">completed the electronic questionnaire of knowledge and attitude toward the nursing process. Finally, the data was analyzed using SPSS v22.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results</span></i></b><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">:</span></b>&nbsp;<span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The results show that the overall mean score of attitude toward the nursing process is 50.33, and the overall mean score of awareness towards the nursing process is 24.19; both of them are at the average range. Also, the results show a statistically significant relationship between the nurses&#39; age and the nurses&#39; experience with their knowledge (p=0.016).</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Conclusion</span></i></b><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">:</span></b><b> </b><span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that although the nurses&#39; level of knowledge and attitude about the nursing process was average, they accepted the nursing process as a care framework. Investigating the items of the questionnaire showed that the nursing process implementation is time-consuming and also is mainly written.
