fa بررسی نیازهای آموزشی و رفتار دانشجویان پرستاری در گذر از ناحیه امن روانی در بحران کووید-19: یک مطالعه ترکیبی پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">پیش‌زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> درک بهتر نیازهای آموزشی و رفتار دانشجویان پرستاری، می‌تواند نقش مهمی در پیشگیری، تجسس، آموزش و ارائه مراقبت در شرایط شیوع بیماری‌های عفونی نظیر کووید-19 و محدودسازی انتشار این نوع عفونت‌ها داشته باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی نیازهای آموزشی و رفتار دانشجویان پرستاری در گذر از ناحیه امن روانی در بحران کووید-19: یک مطالعه ترکیبی بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> این پژوهش یک مطالعه ترکیبی از نوع متوالی اکتشافی بود. جامعه پژوهش، دانشجویان سال سوم و چهارم کارشناسی پرستاری تبریز بودند. نمونه‌گیری در فاز کیفی، به روش مبتنی بر هدف و در فاز کمی، به روش سرشماری بود. جهت بررسی نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان پرستاری از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و برای بررسی وضعیت رفتار دانشجویان از پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته بر اساس مؤلفه‌های موجود در الگوی ناحیه امن استفاده شد. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار </span></span>SPSS<span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> نسخه 16 و با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> 22 نیاز آموزشی شناسایی‌شده در چهار حیطه شناخت بیماری، خودمراقبتی در برابر انتقال عفونت، مراقبت پرستاری از بیماران کووید-19 و نیازهای سایکولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی قرار گرفتند. نیازهای حیطه خودمراقبتی با 10 مؤلفه از اولویت بیشتری برخوردار بود. بررسی وضعیت رفتار دانشجویان پرستاری بعد از گذشت یک سال از شروع پاندمی کووید-19 نشان داد که 5/37 درصد از دانشجویان در ناحیه ترس، 7/53 درصد در ناحیه یادگیری و 2/62 درصد در ناحیه رشد قرار داشتند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> پاندمی کووید-19 اولین و آخرین بحران همه‌گیر در جهان نخواهد بود. نتایج مطالعه حاضر، این پیام را به مسئولین و مدرسان دانشکده‌های پرستاری کشور می‌دهد که آموزش اطلاعاتی و مهارتی در چنین حوادثی خصوصاً در حیطه خودمراقبتی می‌تواند بهترین نوع حمایت از دانشجویان باشد تا آنان بتوانند با قرار گرفتن در ناحیه رشد، از خود و بیماران مراقبت نمایند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background & Aim:</span></i></b><b> </b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">A better understanding of nursing students&#39; educational needs and behavior can play an important role in preventing, investigating, educating, and providing care during the outbreak of infectious diseases such as Covid-19 and limiting the spread of these infections. The aimof this study was to examine the educational needs and behavior of nursing students in passing through the psychological comfort zone during the Covid-19 outbreak.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Matherials & Methods:</span></i></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> This research was an explanatory sequential mixed methods design. The research population was the third and fourth-year undergraduate nursing students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. Sampling in the qualitative phase was done using the purposive method and in the quantitative phase using the census method. In order to investigate the educational needs of nursing students, a semi-structured interview was used, and a researcher-made questionnaire based on the components of the comfort zone model was used to investigate the students&#39; behavior. The data was analyzed in SPSS 16 software using descriptive and inferential statistical methods.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results</span></i></b><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Twenty-two needs were identified as educational needs of nursing students during the covid-19 pandemic. The needs were classified into four areas: disease recognition, self-care against the transmission of infection, nursing care of patients with or suspected of covid-19, and psychological and physiological needs. The needs of the field of self-care against the transmission of infection with ten components had a higher priority, and nursing students felt a greater need for training in this field. Examining the behavior of nursing students one year after the start of the Covid-19 pandemic showed that 37.5% of students were in the panic zone, 53.7% in the learning zone, and 62.2% in the growth zone.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Conclusion</span></i></b><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The Covid-19 pandemic will not be the first and the last pandemic crisis in the world.
