fa بررسی تأثیر اجرای کارگاه آموزشی تکریم مادر باردار بر دانش و عملکرد ماماها INVESTIGATING THE EFFECT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF RESPECTING PREGNANT WOMEN TRAINING WORKSHOP ON KNOWLEDGE AND PERFORMANCE OF MIDWIVES مامایی Midwifery پژوهشي Research پیش‌زمینه و هدف: افزایش سوء رفتار با زنان باردار باعث شده محققان و سیاست‌گذاران سلامت، اقداماتی را برای ارتقاء مراقبت‌های بارداری محترمانه در دوران بارداری و زایمان و بعد از تولد آغاز کنند. مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی تأثیر اجرای کارگاه آموزشی تکریم مادران باردار روی دانش و عملکرد ماماها انجام گرفت. مواد و روش کار: در این پژوهش نیمه تجربی قبل و بعد از مداخله، کارگاه آموزشی تکریم مادر باردار برای 25 نفر از ماماهای بیمارستان امام خمینی سردشت در سال 1400 برگزار شد. ابزار مورداستفاده، پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته در مورد دانش و عملکرد ماماها در زمینه تکریم مادر باردار بود. پیش‌آزمون قبل از شروع کارگاه و پس‌آزمون دو هفته بعد از اتمام کارگاه از ماماهای شرکت‌کننده به عمل آمد. کارگاه آموزشی به شیوه سناریو و سخنرانی و ایفای نقش برای ماماها برگزار شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تی زوجی در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 16 در سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 05/0 مورد تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره عملکرد ماماها قبل از مداخله 517/2±42/124 و بعد از مداخله 981/7±29/167 بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره آگاهی ماماها قبل از مداخله 039/2±38/14 و بعد از مداخله 239/1 ± 17/24 بود. نتایج حاصل از آزمون تی زوجی نشان داد میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره‌ی عملکرد و دانش ماماها قبل و بعد از برگزاری کارگاه آموزشی تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری داشت (0001/0>(p. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: اجرای کارگاه آموزشی برای ماماها می‌تواند یک روش مناسب برای ارتقا دانش و عملکرد ماماها در زمینه تکریم مادران باردار و درنتیجه بهبود مراقبت‌های بارداری محترمانه باشد. Background & Aims:   Increasing abuse of pregnant women has caused health researchers and policymakers to promote respectful pregnancy care during pregnancy, delivery, and after birth. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of implementation of respecting pregnant women training workshop on knowledge and performance of midwives. Materials & Methods: In this semi-experimental research with pre- and post-intervention design, a training workshop on respecting the pregnant mother was held for 25 midwives of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Sardasht in 2021. The tool used in the research was a researcher-made questionnaire about the knowledge and performance of midwives in the field of respecting the pregnant mother. The pre-test before the workshop and the post-test two weeks after the end of the workshop were administered to the participating midwives. An educational workshop was held for midwives in the form of scenarios, speeches, and role playing. Data were analyzed using paired t-test in SPSS v.16 software at a significance level of less than 0.05.  Results: The mean and standard deviation of midwives' performance score before the intervention was 124.42±22.517 and after the intervention was 167.29±7.981. The mean and standard deviation of the midwives' knowledge score before the intervention was 14.38±2.039 and after the intervention was 24.17±1.239. The findings showed that the mean score of knowledge and performance of midwives before and after the workshop had significant statistical differences (p<0.0001).
