fa مقایسه توانایی استدلال اخلاقی دانشجویان کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان: یک مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">پیش‌زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> با توجه به جایگاه اصول اخلاقی در مشاغلی ازجمله پرستاری که ارائه‌دهنده خدمات مراقبتی بوده و مرتبط با سلامت بیماران هست، لزوم پرداختن به موضوع توانایی استدلال اخلاقی دانشجویان پرستاری و ارتقای آن که منجر به اتخاذ تصمیمات اخلاقی در موقعیت‌های بالینی می‌شود، آشکار می‌گردد. ازاین‌رو، مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین و مقایسه توانایی استدلال اخلاقی دانشجویان کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">مواد و روش کار:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> این مطالعه یک مطالعه توصیفی &ndash; تحلیلی بود که در محیط دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان شامل 87 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری و 46 نفر از دانشجویان ارشد پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان بودند که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. داده‌های مطالعه با استفاده از پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه آزمون معمای پرستاری (</span></span>(NDT<span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> جمع‌آوری شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (تعداد، درصد، میانگین، انحراف معیار و جداول توصیفی) و آمار تحلیلی (آزمون تی با نمونه‌های مستقل، آنالیز واریانس و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از </span></span>SPSS<span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> ویرایش 16 انجام گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> میانگین نمره استدلال اخلاقی دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری 1/4&plusmn;6/43 و دانشجویان کارشناسی 1/5&plusmn;6/40 بود و تفاوت معناداری بین استدلال اخلاقی دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری و دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری وجود داشت. همچنین، ارتباط معناداری بین مشخصات فردی- اجتماعی و توانایی استدلال اخلاقی دانشجویان پرستاری یافت نشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> یافته‌ها نشان داد که توانایی استدلال اخلاقی دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری در مقایسه با دانشجویان کارشناسی بالاتر است. یافته نگران‌کننده این مطالعه آن بود که دانشجویان پرستاری در حد مناسبی از استدلال اخلاقی قرار نداشتند. متصدیان آموزش پرستاری بایستی با ارائه برنامه‌های آموزشی مناسب ازجمله برگزاری کارگاه‌های اخلاق بالینی در محیط‌های بالینی، کارگاه‌های استدلال بالینی، بهره‌گیری از تجارب پرستاران مجرب و همچنین، بهره‌گیری از اساتید برجسته اخلاق، توانایی استدلال اخلاقی دانشجویان پرستاری را در زمینه حل معضلات اخلاقی افزایش دهند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br type="_moz" > <br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Background & Aim</span></i></b><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">:</span></b> <span style="font-size:11.0pt">Regarding the position of ethical principles in professions such as nursing, which provides care services and is related to the patient health, the need to address the nursing students&#39; moral reasoning ability and its improvement, which leads to making ethical decisions in clinical situations, is revealed. </span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt">Therefor</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">e, the present study aimed to compare the ethical reasoning ability of undergraduate and graduate nursing students of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences<b>.</b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Materials & Methods</span></i></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: This was a descriptive -analytical study that was conducted at Zanjan University of Medical Sciences. The participants included 87 undergraduate nursing students and 46 master&#39;s students in nursing at Zanjan University of Medical Sciences who were selected by census sampling. The data was collected using the demographic characteristics questionnaire and the nursing dilemmas test (NDT). Descriptive statistics (number, percent, mean, standard deviation, and descriptive tables) and inferential statistics (t student, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient) were used regarding data analysis. Data was analyzed using SPSS Ver.16</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Results</span></i></b><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> The average ethical reasoning score of nursing master&#39;s students were 43.6&plusmn;4.1 and undergraduate students was 40.6&plusmn;5.1 and there is a significant difference between the moral reasoning of nursing undergraduate students and nursing master&#39;s students. It was also found that there is no significant relationship between the individual-social characteristics and the ethical reasoning ability of nursing students.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Conclusion</span></i></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">:<b> </b>Findings showed that the moral reasoning ability of nursing master&#39;s students is higher compared to undergraduate students. The worrying finding is that the nursing students are not at the appropriate level of ethical reasoning.
