fa پست‌مدرنیسم؛ عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد در پرستاری: یک مطالعه مروری روایتی پرستاری Nursing مروری Review article <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">پیش‌زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> پست‌مدرنیسم یک جریان تحول‌گرایانه فکری، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، هنری و اخلاقی در دوران معاصر است. نظریه‌پردازان پرستاری، پست‌مدرنیسم را برای تدوین و ارائه برنامه مراقبتی، مهم و ضروری می‌دانند زیرا بازاندیشی، تفکر انتقادی و آموزش و عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد از مفاهیم اصلی این تفکر فلسفی است. مطالعه حاضر باهدف مرور ادبیات و شواهد موجود در مورد پست‌مدرنیسم به‌عنوان رویکرد مبتنی بر شواهد پرستاری انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">مواد و روش کار:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> در این مطالعه از روش مرور روایتی غیر نظام‌مند استفاده شد. جستجوی مقالات با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های </span></span>Postmodern, Postmodernism, Evidence-based Practice, Nursing<span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> و معادل فارسی آن‌ها: پست‌مدرن، پست‌مدرنیسم، عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد و پرستاری انجام شد. جست‌وجوی مقالات فارسی و انگلیسی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی </span></span>SID<span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> و </span></span>Magiran<span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> و خارجی </span></span>PubMed<span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">، </span></span>ProQuest<span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> و </span></span>Science Direct<span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> بدون محدودیت زمانی و متدولوژیک انجام گرفت. درمجموع 207 مقاله پیدا شد، که پس از بررسی مقالات، تعداد 18 مطالعه بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج، جهت استخراج داده‌ها ارزیابی و تحلیل شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> نتایج نشان داد که پنـج ویژگی پست‌مدرنیسم در عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد پرستاری شامل، &quot;تمرکززدایی در عملکرد مراقبتی&quot;، &quot;توجه به ارزش‌های بیمار&quot;، &quot;تقویت تصمیم‌گیری و استدلال بالینی&quot;، &quot;تأمل و تفکر نقادانه در شواهد&quot; و &quot;تعامل و ارتباط درمانی&quot; است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> ازآنجایی‌که نظریه پست‌مدرنیسم مفاهیم مشترک بسیاری با رویکرد مبتنی بر شواهد دارد و استفاده از این دیدگاه موجب افزایش استانداردهای آموزش و مراقبت در پرستاری می‌شود، لذا پیشنهاد می‌گردد استفاده ازاین‌رویکرد موردتوجه پرستاران محترم قرار گیرد. همچنین اساتید و مربیان بالینی پرستاری و مدیران پرستاری اهتمام بیشتری به کاربست این مهم داشته باشند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Background & Aim</span></i></b><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> Postmodernism is an intellectual, social, cultural, artistic, and moral evolutionist movement in the contemporary era. Nursing theorists consider postmodernism essential for formulating and presenting a care program because rethinking, critical thinking, and evidence-based training and practice are the main concepts of this philosophical thinking. The present study reviewed the available literature and evidence about postmodernism as an evidence-based approach to nursing.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Materials & Methods</span></i></b><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> In this study, a non-systematic narrative review method was used. Articles were searched using the keywords Postmodern, Postmodernism, Evidence-Based Practice, and Nursing. The search for Persian and English articles was done in the internal databases of SID and Magiran and external databases of PubMed, ProQuest, and Science Direct without time and methodological limitations. A total of 207 articles were found, and after reviewing the articles, 18 studies were evaluated and analyzed based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria for data extraction.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Results</span></i></b><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> The results showed that the five features of postmodernism in evidence-based nursing science include &quot;decentralization in care practice,&quot; &quot;attention to patient values,&quot; &quot;strengthening decision-making and clinical reasoning,&quot; &quot;reflection and critical thinking in evidence,&quot; and &quot;interaction and communication therapy.&quot;</span><span dir="RTL" style="font-size:11.0pt" lang="AR-SA"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Conclusion</span></i></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: Since the postmodernist theory shares many concepts with the evidence-based approach, this point of view can be used to increase the standards of education and care in nursing. Therefore, it is suggested that respected nurses consider using this approach.
