fa بررسی ارتباط بین حمایت اجتماعی مادران و کیفیت مراقبت مادران از نوزاد نارس ترخیص شده از بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه نوزادان پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research <div><strong>پیش‌زمینه و هدف:</strong> انتقال به خانه پس از ترخیص نوزادان نارس، مرحله مهمی در فرآیند مراقبت محسوب می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین حمایت اجتماعی پرستاران از مادران و کیفیت مراقبت مادران از نوزادان نارس ترخیص شده از بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه نوزادان انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش کار:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع مقطعی-همبستگی بود. نمونه‌های پژوهش شامل ۲۰۰ مادر دارای نوزاد نارس ترخیص شده از بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه نوزادان بودند که از اسفند ۱۴۰۰ تا آذر ۱۴۰۱ به درمانگاه‌های بیمارستان‌های حضرت علی‌اصغر، شهید اکبرآبادی و حضرت رسول اکرم مراجعه کرده و معیارهای ورود به مطالعه را داشتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های اطلاعات دموگرافیک، مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی تارکا و همکاران و مقیاس مراقبت از نوزاد وینستنلی و گتیس جمع آوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۳ و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد، میانگین کلی نمره حمایت اجتماعی ۱، میانگین نمره بعد تصدیقی 3/94، بعد عاطفی 4/10 و بعد عینی 3/96 بود. میانگین کلی نمره کیفیت مراقبت مادران 2/52، بعد خواب 2/57، بعد تغذیه 2/47، بعد گریه 2/52، بعد همسو 2/47 و بعد ساختاری 2/56 بود. همچنین حمایت اجتماعی تصدیقی با تغذیه نوزاد همبستگی معنی دار آماری داشته (0/015 =p) و حمایت اجتماعی عینی نیز با همسویی (0/021 =p) و کیفیت کلی مراقبت از نوزاد (0/017 =p) ( همبستگی معنی دار آماری داشته است.</div> <strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt">نتیجه گیری</span></strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><strong>:</strong> پرستاران بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه نوزادان با </span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.5pt">ارائه&nbsp;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt">حمایت عینی که شامل دادن اطلاعات به مادران درمورد کیفیت تغذیه، خواب و چگونگی رفتار با نوزادان هنگام گریه کردن می‌باشد، </span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.5pt">می‌توانند به مادران در پاسخگویی به نیازهای نوزادان کمک کنند</span>.<span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt">لازم است حمایت سازمانی برای تأمین مالی آموزش مداوم و توسعه دستورالعمل‌ها و پروتکل‌های عملی برای اطمینان از استانداردسازی اطلاعات برای والدین و کارکنان صورت گیرد.</span> <div>&nbsp; <hr size="1" > <div id="ftn1"></div></div> <strong>Background & Aims: </strong>The transition to home after discharge of preterm neonates has been shown to be an important stage of care. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship between mothers&#39; social support from nurses and the quality of mothers&#39; care of preterm infants discharged from the neonatal intensive care unit.<span style="font-size:9.0pt"></span><br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> The present study was a descriptive cross-sectional-correlation study. The samples of this study were 200 mothers of preterm neonates discharged from the neonatal intensive care unit who referred to the clinics (Hazrat Ali Asghar, Shahid Akbar Abadi and Hazrat Rasool Akram hospitals) from February to November 2022 and met the study inclusion criteria. Data were collected using demographic information questionnaires, the Tarka Social Support Scale, and the Winstanley and Gattis Newborn Care Scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23 software and using descriptive statistics methods (mean and standard deviation) and Pearson statistical test.<span style="font-size:9.0pt"></span><br> <strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that the overall mean score of social support was 1 and the mean score of the affirmation dimension was 3.94, the emotional dimension was 4.10, and the objective dimension was 3.96. The overall mean score of the quality of maternal care was 2.52, the sleep dimension was 2.57, the feeding dimension was 2.47, the crying dimension was 2.52, the congruent dimension was 2.47, and the structural dimension was 2.56. Also, affirmative social support had a statistically significant correlation with infant feeding (p=0.015), and objective social support had a statistically significant correlation with congruence (p=0.021) and the overall quality of infant care (p=0.017).<span style="font-size:9.0pt"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results, neonatal nurses will provide objective support, including information to mothers about the quality of feeding, sleep, and how to handle infants when they cry, to help mothers respond to their infants&#39; needs.
