fa شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با ازدواج به‌وصال‌نرسیده: مروری نظام‌مند IDENTIFYING FACTORS RELATED TO UNCONSUMMATED MARRIAGE: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW روانپزشکی- روان شناسی Psychiatry & Psychology مروری Review article پیش‌زمینه و هدف: ازدواج مهم‌ترین پیوندی است که بین دو فرد روی می‌دهد و بعد از ازدواج، مقاربت و رابطه جنسی به‌طور طبیعی و متقابل از هر زوج انتظار می‌رود. در بعضی موارد زوجین قادر به برقراری رابطه جنسی کامل یا به عبارتی مقاربت واژینال نیستند که این حالت با عنوان ازدواج به‌وصال‌نرسیده تعریف می‌شود‌. هدف این پژوهش، تعیین عوامل مرتبط با ازدواج به‌وصال‌نرسیده از طریق مرور سیستماتیک پژوهش‌های انجام شده بود. مواد و روش&lrm;ها: روش پژوهش حاضر، مرور نظام‌مند داده‌های قبلی بوده و شامل جستجوی کامل و منظم پیشینه موجود و مرتبط در مجموعه آثار منتشرشده در قالب مقالات و پایان‌نامه‌های فارسی و انگلیسی بود. کلیدواژه‌های مربوطه در پایگاه‌های گوگلاسکولار، ساینسدایرکت، اسکوپوس، ایرانداک، مگیران و پایگاه مرکز علمی جهاد دانشگاهی در بازه زمانی 1962 الی 2023 جستجو شد. در جستجوی اولیه، 171 مقاله انگلیسی و فارسی به دست آمد. سپس با استفاده از نشانگرهای فهرست وارسی پریزما، 27 مقاله برای مطالعه و تحلیل انتخاب شدند. مرتبط بودن باهدف پژوهش، برخورداری از چهارچوب ساختاریافته پژوهشی، تمام متن بودن، و انتشار در مجلات معتبر ازجمله ملاک‌های ورود مقالات پژوهشی به روند بررسی پژوهش بودند. یافته‌ها: یافتهها حاکی از آن بود که اصلی‌ترین عوامل مرتبط با شکل‌گیری یا تشدید ازدواج به‌وصال‌نرسیده عبارت‌اند از: اختلالات جنسی، باورهای غلط، فقدان آشنایی با مسائل جنسی، اضطراب عملکردی، و فشار و انتظارات نامعقول اجتماعی یا فرهنگی مرتبط با مسائل ازدواج. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: این نتایج بر اهمیت و اولویت فوری برای اصلاح باورهای غلط فردی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و آموزش صحیح و به‌موقع مسائل جنسی مخصوصاً در مشاوره پیش از ازدواج تأکید می‌کند و همچنین، ضرورت اقدام عاجل متولیان مربوطه برای کاهش این مسئله را دوچندان می‌سازد. Background & Aim: Marriage is the most significant bond that occurs between two individuals, and after marriage, sexual intercourse and intimacy are naturally and mutually expected from each couple. In some cases, couples are unable to engage in complete sexual relations, or in other words, vaginal intercourse, a condition defined as an "unconsummated marriage." The aim of this study was to determine the factors associated with unconsummated marriage through a systematic review of existing research. Materials & Methods: The present study employed a systematic review of previous data and included a comprehensive and organized search of existing literature related to the topic in published works in the form of articles and theses in both Persian and English. Relevant keywords were searched in databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Irandoc, Magiran, and the Scientific Database of Jihad University from 1962 to 2023. In the initial search, 171 English and Persian articles were obtained. Then, using the PRISMA checklist indicators, 27 articles were selected for study and analysis. Relevance to the research objective, having a structured research framework, full-text availability, and publication in reputable journals were among the criteria for including research articles in the review process. Results: The findings from the review indicated that the main factors associated with the formation or exacerbation of unconsummated marriage include sexual dysfunctions, misconceptions, unfamiliarity with sexual issues, performance anxiety, and unreasonable social or cultural pressures and expectations related to marriage. Conclusion: These results emphasize the urgent need to correct individual, social, and cultural misconceptions and emphasize the importance of proper and timely education on sexual issues, particularly in pre-marital counseling.
