Stress Management for Preoperative Patients V. Tayebi [1] Abstract Introduction: Sugary, regardless of its kind and severity, is a major stress situation for any patient. Although, several articles have been published on mentally preparation for surgery, there is still very little knowledge about that. Results: Prevention of heavy complications due to preoperative stress, needed to growing awareness among health care team especially nurses and health care managers and patient preparation by giving information. Discussion: Researches showed that giving information are useful for stress reduction by video tapes, papers and preoperative visiting without using professional words. Common practice of providing all patients must be replaced by an intervention matched with relevant characteristics of the patient. Also, there is a significant correlation between sex, age, kind of operation, previous experience, family support and preoperative stress. Mentally prepared patients use from relaxation techniques, comic tapes, supportive groups, pray, music and good physically fittness. To promote wellness and stress reduction, it is important that health care managers pay attention to good hospital design, such as comfortable visitor waiting areas, noise control, patient privacy environment, adequate ventilation and tranquizing pictures. Vazife Asle [4] , S. Moshiri [5] Abstract Introduction: Sexual contact is a part of human identity in Islam. In creation, God gave human, powers to control his behavior. Koran and Narrations point to nature of sexual pleasure relationship. As the sexual contacts begins in young ages, a young person should have identification about scientific and ethics of sex. This study has been done in order to significant effects of sexual education in couples who referred to marriage consultation centers. Methods & Materials: The study is a semi‑experimental and data was collected by a questionnaire in W. Azarbaijan cities (Urmia, Mahabad, Khoy, Miandoab). Samples were selected by random. Results: Results showed that the majority (88%) of samples before education has very weak knowledge and 68.33% had less information about sexual transmitted diseases. After teaching 90% of samples about sexual contact and 73.33% about sexual transmitted diseases had enough knowledge. For determination of effects education we used t test. Discussion: Marriage needs a lot of information, knowledge and cognition. The couples who want to marry need to know themselves and each other these knowledge are about needs, talents dreams, aims , values and expectation from marriage and each other, and a little about emotions. A bad cognition from together cause many disasters and leads to divorce. he Epidemiological Study of Burned Patients in West Azarbalian (1382) M. Khoshkalam [1] ,M.S. Jamirzadeh [2] , M.S . Abstract Introduction: Bum injuries still produce a significant morbidity and mortality in Iran. This study was carried out to show the epidemiology, mortality, and etiological factors of burned patients in province of west Azarbaijan. Methods & Materials: This study was a cross‑sectional survey. All of the 712 burned patients hospitalized in Emam hospital in Urmia at 1382 were studied. The checklist collected the required data. Results: The results indicated that flame was the most common etiologic factor of bums (40.7%).52 percent of burned patients were inhabitant in Urmia city. 46.7 percent of the patients were illiterate.30.2 of the burned patients died. In 17.8 percent of patients BBS was more than 50%. 52. 1 % percent of the patients were fernale.54.8 percent of the patients were married. Discussion: 40.5 percent of deaths were in patients burned with flame and 40.6 percent of them were in (25‑35) age group. 54.3 percent of children were under 5 years old and 19.8 percent of older children burned with hot liquids. Based on the results of this study, a bum center must be established in Urmia city. A Comparative Study between Two Methods of Health Education in High School Students about HIV/AIDS N. Amirzadeh [1] , J. H Amirzadeh [2] , H. Khalilzade [3] Abstrac t Introduction: AIDS is the most serious and life threatening viral infection. Today prevention is a key component of treatment and HIV education. Education adolescent about AIDS is essential for preventing HIV infection because incidence of HIV infection increased in adolescent. Therefore the aim of this study is determine and compassion of two education program knowledge of high schools students about AIDS. Methods & Materials: This study is a semi experimental research. The number of samples were 120 students in two group (girls and boys). The first group teaching with booklet and the second group with congress. Data was gathered by a questionnaire. Questionnaire included two part first was demographic characters and second part, were questions about the aim of research. Results: The results demonstrated (49.2%) samples are girls and (50.8%)boys. The majority of sample (57.5%) studied experimental sciences. (86.4%) of sample lived in urban and (13.6%) in rural area. Parents education level are under diploma (father 32.9%, Mother 42.8%). The majority of sample acquired information of ADIS by news and newspaper.
