Nurses have basic role in health care system. “The present study was conducted aiming to examine the phenomenology of Emerging and Re-emerging  disease”  Material & Method: A phenomenological qualitative approach was used in the year 2012-13 in a teaching hospital in Tehran. A sample of nurses was chosen based on the purposeful sampling method. Sample size was dependent on the data saturation with a total of 16 participants at the end. Data gathering was done using deep interviews, and the data was later analyzed through Celasi method.  Results: Findings based on the nurses’ experiences of Caring of Emerging avian influenza disease were extracted in 9 sub concepts and 3 main themes understanding and monitoring patient , exposure to life-threatening environmental precautions and nurses were extracted.  Conclusion: According to these findings ,Regard to globalization and changing trends in diseases prevalence in local different, nurses should have perspective epidemiologic. The aim of this study was to determine the success of HIS in the hospitals of Urmia University of Medical Sciences based on the adjusted DeLone - McLean model.  Materials & Methods:  This is a descriptive - cross sectional study which was conducted in 2014.The study population consisted of 180 HIS users (from different types of jobs including physicians, nurses, paraclinical and HIM staffs) from Teaching Hospitals affiliated to Urmia University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected using a self-structured questionnaire which was estimated as both reliable and valid. The data were analyzed by SPSS using software descriptive statistics and analytical statistics (t-test and chi-square).  Results: HIS highest success rate based on three criteria related to the quality of system (3.11), and the lowest rate related to the information quality (2.78). The tests result showed that none of the three criteria (system quality, information quality and service quality) was satisfactory (P < 0.05).  Conclusion: According to the survey results, to improve the system quality, it seems necessary to make the system user friendly, to speed up the data entry, to improve usability and flexibility of HIS. Also to increase the quality of information, the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and appropriateness of the reports should be improved. Realizing the importance and utilization of the organizational learning role can make tremendous impact on this process and, it can help the governments to attain the goals of the system. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational learning and accountability as well as job performance among staff of Oshnaviyeh hospital.  Materials & Methods: In terms of research methodology, this study is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population includes all staff of Oshnaviyeh hospital 315 employee in 2014. According to Krejcie and Morgan table, 180 employees were selected as study sample and appropriateness of sample size was confirmed according to statistical power (greater than .8) and significance level (near 0) in hypotheses analysis. The data were gathered by using three questionnaires with 90 items (SCL -90 – R), based on quality of life form of World Health Organisation (WHO). Multivariate analysis of variance method (MANOVA) was performed.  Results: The results indicated that there was a significant difference between two groups in quality of life and psychopathology dimensions. They mostly consider the birth of the child as a conforming factor of their identities. So, infertile woman’s definition of her identity is an issue which is vague. This study has been done to identify infertile women’s experience of the feminine identity and to investigate the formation process of their identities from their personal aspect.  Materials & Methods: In this study, information was gathered and analyzed by qualitative method and two methods of phenomenology and grounded theory, through a semi-structured interview with twenty-seven infertile women who were referred to the reproduction research center of Yazd.  Results: By codifying interviews and analyzing women’s descriptions, five contents were extracted which contained : ‘No child a gap in feminine identity’, ‘the reparation of believing infertility’, ‘infertility, extinct motherhood, women’, ‘gender and infertility’, and religion: a way to redress the infertility.  Conclusion: Results are indicative of identity in women interferes with complete understanding of their feminine identity. Infertile women do not consider their identities from their personal aspect. The child is the last link that woman transfer her dependence on mother and husband. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of aroma inhalation on the hemodynamic condition of patients experiencing coronary angiography.  Materials & Methods: This research is a clinical trial study to determine the effect of aromatherapy on hemodynamic signs of 91 patients hospitalized in Fateme Zahra hospital in 2012.Considering the conditions and methods of sampling, the patients were divided into two subject and control groups randomly. Research variables included hemodynamic variables in addition to demographic data. Intervening measures were done by Lavendula aroma in subject group and distilled water in control group. In both groups, hemodynamic parameters were measured before angiography. The purpose of this study was to explore the extent violence against nurses and finding out its relation with some individual and organizational factors.  Materials & Methods:  This was an analytic cross sectional study that carried out in Ahvaz teaching hospitals. Sample was 192 nurses that were selected randomly. Data was gathered using a four section questionnaire included nurse’s demographic and organizational characteristics, questions about physical and verbal violence and manager actions to reduce violence. For analyzing data we used logistic regression model and descriptive statistics in SPSS software (V.16).  Results: 43.8% of nurses experienced physical violence and 74% of them experienced verbal violence once in their working surroundings. 31.2% of nurses had raised concerns about the outbreak of workplace violence and 39.6% of nurses rarely were concerned about work place violence. 49.2% and 45.2% of nurses that experienced physical and verbal violence were dissatisfied with address the violence problem. The results of logistic regression analysis model showed that there is a significant relationship between violence and variables such as age, marital status, location of work, rotating shifts, recruitment status and patients gender.  Conclusion: Since lots of violence happens, more attention must be paid to this issue. According to this, present study aimed to explore women;#39s experiences of mental health.  Methods & Methods: This study is a contract content analysis with a purposive sampling and maximum variation. 23 participants were selected gradually to saturate the information among middle-aged women living in Kashan. Data analysis was conducted simultaneously.  Results: "The journey towards perfection" has emerged from the data as the theme of the study. This theme consisted of 5 main categories "Feelings of adequacy", "Sense of sophistication"," Deepen relations", "Meaning-oriented", "Meeting the spiritual and financial prosperity" and multiple sub-categories.  Conclusion: The study presented the majority of women;#39s health-promoting factors in middle age. Falling can cause physical, emotional and financial effects in the elderly. This study aimed to assess the static and dynamic balance to predict the risk of falls in elderly people with the history of falls.  Materials & Methods:  This is a descriptive and cross-sectional study. Through a census sampling method, 160 elderly individuals (130 females, 30 males) aged 60 years and over, living in Kamrani Nursing Home of Tehran were participated in the study. After obtaining informed consent, demographic information, timed ‘get up and go’ test (TUG) and Performance Oriented Mobility Assessment (POAM) tests were used to assess the mobility problems in elderly people. Descriptive statistics, Man-Whitney, Kruskal–Wallis, and Pearson correlation, were used for data analysis. Normality of the data were assessed by using Kolmogorov-Smirnoff test.  Result: From 160 elderly people participated in the study, the majority were females (81.2%). Mean ± SD of age was 67.63±9.07.  Mean ± SD of TUG and POAM tests were 20.58±7.1 and 18.41±3.78, respectively. According to POAM test, 58.8% of the elderly people were at high risk of falls. The role of universities as science sources, is very important, and the quality of work life among other factors can play an important role in the workplace. Therefore, the present study tries to investigate the relationship between quality of life work and improvement in the performance of employees of the organization.   Materials & Methods:  The statistical population included all employees of Public Health faculty in Urmia Medical Sciences University in which 50 individuals based on Morgan table participated. For data collection, two types of questionnaires have been used for quality of working life and improving performance. Their reliabilities were estimated to be 0.84 and 0.81 respectively by Cronbach;#39s alpha test.The research is a descriptive, and correlational study.
