  htygod  A Survey on the relation Beween Job Characteristics and Employees' Need for achievement    Beikzad J [1] , Azimi F [2] , Bahrami B [3] , Rezaei O [4]     Received: 26 Des, 2010 Accepted: 9 Apr, 2011     Abstract  Background & Aims: In order to attain high human resource productivity in organizations, motivating factors should be considered more. Some motivational factors determining performance in organizations are job characteristics and need for achievement. The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between job characteristics and employee's need for achievement.  Materials & Methods: This descriptive correlative study included 168 employees of Shahindejh Health Center who were selected randomly. Data were collected using a questionnaire and were analyzing through descriptive and inferential statistics with SPSS software.  Results: There was a significant relationship between job characteristics and need for achievement and its dimensions. Age, marital status and sex of the samples, and education level effects characteristics and need for achievement. Also there is significant difference between job characteristics associated with success dimensions. (P
