In Iran, as the adolescents form a large part of the population, this issue has a special importance. Getting aware properly from puberty and sexual and reproductive health issues prevents many problems that can be risks. This study aimed to the effects of group counseling on reproductive health knowledge in adolescent girls living in welfare boarding centers. Materials & Methods: This study a Semi- experimental interventional study (single band) did in 2016 on adolescent girls living on welfare boarding centers of in Hamadan. All eligible persons (n =30) were Therefore were enrolled with census. The intervention was conducted as group counseling. The data collection tool was questionnaire that three times (before, immediately after and one month after treatment) were used. Validity of questionnaires through the content and Ostensible, and Their reliability was confirmed by alpha Chronbach. Data using descriptive and inferential statistical methods using SPSS-20 software was analyzed. P-value was considered significant if it was less than 0.05.
