en بررسی سطح آمادگی مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه در مواجهه با حوادث و بلایا در سال 98-1397 مدیریت پرستاری Nursing management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">پیش‌زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">بیمارستان‌ها به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین مؤسسات درمانی باید قبل از وقوع حوادث از آمادگی لازم و کافی برخوردار باشند تا بتوانند به هنگام رویارویی با بحران‌ها، پاسخگویی سریع حادثه را تضمین نمایند. این مطالعه باهدف تعیین میزان آمادگی مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه در مواجه با حوادث و بلایا انجام شد.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی بود که در مراکز آموزشی درمانی ارومیه انجام گرفت. بدین منظور میزان آمادگی هر پنج بیمارستان </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">در 10 حیطه توسط چک‌لیست مشاهده ایی 210 سؤالی که در مطالعه‌ای قبلاً ساخته روایی و محتوایی و صوری و پایایی آن سنجیده شده است موردسنجش قرار گرفت. </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span>spss<span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> نسخه 21 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، پشتیبانی، مدیریت و فرماندهی، اورژانس، امنیت، ارتباطات و نیروی انسانی به ترتیب با درصد امتیازهای 28/74، 63/73، 33/68، 23/68، 25/66 و 85/62 </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">درصد، </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">بیشترین امتیاز را در بین سایر اهداف به خود اختصاص دادند و در وضعیت خوب از آمادگی برای مقابله با حوادث و بلایا قرار گرفتند. درمجموع نیز سطح آمادگی کل بیمارستان‌های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه با درصد امتیاز 24/62 در سطح خوب ارزیابی شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در این پژوهش مشخص گردید که میزان آمادگی بیمارستان‌ها در سطح خوب است، بااین‌وجود به دلیل اهمیت نقش بیمارستان‌ها در بحران و با توجه به سابقه وقوع بلایا در کشور ما به نظر می‌رسد اهتمام بیشتر مدیران و مسئولان جهت برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی برای مقابله با بلایا، مقاوم‌سازی بیمارستان‌ها و برگزاری مانورهای تمرینی در افزایش آمادگی بیمارستان‌ها نقش مؤثری خواهد داشت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background & Aims</span></i></b><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: </span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Hospitals, as the most important medical institutions, must have sufficient preparation before accidents to guarantee a quick response to the incident when faced with crises. This study aimed to determine the level of preparedness of medical education centers of Urmia University of Medical Sciences in the face of accidents and disasters.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Materials & Methods</span></i></b><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: </span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This study was a descriptive study that was carried out in the medical education centers of Urmia, Iran. For this purpose, the level of preparedness of all 5 medical education hospitals of Urmia University of Medical Sciences in 10 areas was measured by an observational checklist of 210 questions, whose validity, content, form, and reliability were measured in a previous study. The data was analyzed using SPSS v.17 software.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results</span></i></b><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: </span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Based on the results, support, management and command, emergency, security, communication, and human resources were the highest among the other goals with the score of%74.28, %73.63, %68.33, %66.25, and%62.85 scored, respectively, and so were in good state of readiness to deal with accidents and disasters.
