en آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران مراقبت‌کننده از بیماران کووید-19 نسبت به مصرف خودسرانه داروهای ضد اضطراب KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE, AND PRACTICE OF NURSES CARING FOR COVID-19 PATIENTS REGARDING SELF-MEDICATION WITH ANTI-ANXIETY DRUGS پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research پیش‌زمینه و هدف: پرستاران در خط مقدم مراقبت از بیماران کرونایی قرار دارند. مراقبت مداوم و تماس مستقیم با بیماران مبتلا به کووید 19، ترس از ابتلا به کرونا، مرگ و آینده نامشخص، پرستاران را دچار استرس و اضطراب می‌کند. از طرفی دیگر پرستاران به دلیل آشنایی با داروهای اعصاب و روان، گاهی اوقات برای فرار از اضطراب خوددرمانی می‌کنند. این مطالعه باهدف تعیین آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران مراقبت‌کننده از بیماران کووید-19 نسبت به مصرف خودسرانه داروهای ضد اضطراب انجام شد. مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع مقطعی و همبستگی بوده که در آن 300 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های ایزوله‌ی کرونا در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی ارومیه که با روش نمونه‌گیری سهمیه‌ای انتخاب شده و مطالعه بر روی آن‌ها انجام گرفت. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه ارزیابی دانش، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران درزمینه‌ی مصرف خودسرانه داروهای ضد اضطراب استفاده شد. داده‌ها با روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. برای کلیه آنالیزهای آماری سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه میانگین نمره نگرش، عملکرد و آگاهی پرستاران مشارکت‌کننده در این مطالعه به ترتیب برابر 27/7 ±  93/18 (از دامنه‌ی قابل کسب 55-11)، 47/5 ± 54/20 (از دامنه‌ی قابل کسب 50-10) و 58/5 ±  06/34 (از دامنه‌ی قابل کسب 50-10) بود. همچنین نتایج آزمون همبستگی نشان داد که بین نگرش و عملکرد (612/0=r، 001/0>p) و نیز بین آگاهی و عملکرد (191/0=r، 001/0>p) همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. علاوه به راین رگرسیون چندگانه خطی نشان داد که دو متغیر نگرش و آگاهی می‌توانند به ترتیب 8/47 درصد و 7/51 درصد عملکرد را پیش‌بینی کنند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش حاکی از آگاهی بالا، نگرش منفی و عملکرد نسبتاً ضعیف پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های ایزوله کرونا در زمینه مصرف خودسرانه داروهای ضداضطراب بود. علاوه‌بر این نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که آگاهی و نگرش با عملکرد پرستاران درزمینه‌ی خوددرمانی در ارتباط بوده و قادر به پیشگوئی آن هستند. بنابراین  پیشنهاد می‌شود که از رویکرد ارتقاء آگاهی و بهبود نگرش پرستاران نسبت به خوددرمانی برای به حداقل رساندن مصرف خودسرانه دارو استفاده کردد. Background & Aims: Nurses are at the forefront of care for Covid-19 patients. Continuous care and direct contact with patients with Covid-19, fear of infection, death, and uncertain future cause nurses stress and anxiety. On the other hand, due to their familiarity with psychiatric drugs, nurses sometimes treat themselves to escape anxiety. This study aimed to investigate the knowledge, attitude, and practice of arbitrary use of anti-anxiety drugs in nurses exposed to Covid-19 patients. Materials & Methods: This descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational study was carried out by selecting 300 nurses working in isolated corona wards in Urmia Teaching Hospitals using quota sampling method. Demographic information questionnaire and a questionnaire for evaluation of knowledge, attitude, and practice of the nurses for arbitrary use of anti-anxiety drugs were used to collect data. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical methods. A significance level of less than 0.05 was considered as significant for all statistical analyzes. Results: In this study, the mean score of attitude, practice, and knowledge of the nurses participating in this study was 18.93±7.245 (from an obtainable range of 11-55), 20.54±5.476 (from an obtainable range of 10-50), and 34.06 ±5.586 (from an obtainable range of 10-50), respectively. Also, the results of correlation tests showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between attitude and practice (r = 0.612, p <0.001) and also between knowledge and practice (r = 0.191, p <0.001). In addition, multiple linear regression showed that attitude and knowledge could predict 47.8% and 51.7% of performance, respectively. Conclusion: The findings of this study showed high knowledge, negative attitude, and relatively poor practice of nurses working in isolated coronary wards about the of arbitrary use of anti-inflammatory drugs. In addition, the results of this study showed that knowledge and attitude are related to nurses' performance in the field of self-medication and can predict it.
