en مروری بر طرح‌های پژوهشی پرستاری مصوب پیرامون موضوع کرونا در ایران: مطالعه مرور دامنه‌ای پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">پیش‌زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> در پاسخ به پاندمی کووید-19، پژوهشگران پرستاری پژوهش‌های مختلفی در ابعاد مختلف این بیماری انجام داده‌اند. ازاین‌رو شناخت و ارزیابی فعالیت‌های پژوهشی و علمی برای برنامه‌ریزی و سیاست‌گذاری پژوهشی بسیار ضروری است. مطالعه حاضر در راستای بررسی موضوعات طرح‌های تحقیقاتی پرستاری مصوب پیرامون موضوع کرونا در ایران انجام گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">این مطالعه از نوع مرور دامنه‌ای است و بر اساس پنج گام پیشنهادی آرکسی و اومالی (2005) شامل شناسایی و تعیین پرسش‌های پژوهش، شناسایی مطالعات مرتبط، انتخاب مطالعات، جدول‌بندی داده‌ها، جمع‌بندی و خلاصه‌سازی و گزارش نتایج در محدوده زمانی 1398 الی 1400 انجام گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">یافته‌ها: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد بیشترین تعداد طرح‌های تحقیقاتی مصوب مربوط به بیماران مبتلا به کرونا و خانواده آن‌ها و نیز پرستاران و ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت سلامت بوده است. در این حوزه، مطالعات انجام‌شده غالباً پیرامون موضوعات روان‌شناختی ازجمله اضطراب، مرگ، استرس و افسردگی بود. در حوزه بیمار و خانواده، لازم است توسعه مدل‌ها و نظریه‌های مراقبتی پرستاری و ارتباط نظریه‌های پرستاری و تأثیر آن‌ها در مراقبت پرستاری از بیماران مبتلا به کووید 19 مورد بررسی قرار گیرد تا بتوان با به‌کارگیری نظریه‌های پرستاری در فرایند پرستاری مراقبت از بیماران مبتلا به بیماری کووید 19، کیفیت مراقبت‌ها را ارتقاء بخشید. در حوزه پرستاران و ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت، لازم است مطالعات بیشتری در حیطه تمایل پرستاران به ارائه مراقبت از بیماران مبتلا به بیماری عفونی صورت گیرد و همچنین صلاحیت پرستاران در مراقبت از بیماران مبتلا به بیماری عفونی ازجمله کووید 19 بررسی گردد. در حوزه دانشجویان، اساتید و اعضای هیئت‌علمی پرستاری، همچنین سیستم‌های ارائه‌دهنده خدمات بهداشتی درمانی مطالعات کمتری صورت گرفته است. در این حوزه بیشترین پژوهش‌ها در رابطه با کیفیت آموزش‌های مجازی و نقاط ضعف و قوت این روش آموزشی و نیز توانمند بودن اساتید در استفاده از آن بود. آموزش الکترونیکی ممکن است بر سلامت و پیامدهای تحصیلی دانشجویان تأثیر بگذارد؛ ازاین‌رو نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتری است. در حوزه سیستم‌های ارائه‌دهنده خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی لازم است تحقیقات بیشتری مرتبط با مدیریت منابع انسانی انجام شود. همچنین لازم است طراحی مدل‌های استراتژیک نوآورانه برای تأمین نیروی انسانی انجام گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند به پژوهشگران پرستاری، اساتید و اعضای هیئت‌علمی، مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران حرفه پرستاری در شناسایی هر چه بیشتر و سریع‌تر موضوعات پژوهشی موردنیاز و در راستای اولویت‌های پژوهشی کمک نموده و بنابراین منجر به افزایش بدنه دانش رو به رشد پیرامون موضوع کرونا شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background & Aims</span></i></b><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, nursing researchers have conducted various studies on different dimensions of this disease. Therefore, recognizing and evaluating research and scientific activities is very necessary for research planning and policy making. The present study was conducted to investigate the topics of approved nursing research projects on the subject of coronavirus in Iran.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Materials & Methods</span></i></b><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> This study is a scoping review based on the five steps proposed by</span> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Arksey and O&#39;Malley (2005), including identifying and determining research questions, identifying</span> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">relevant studies, selecting studies, tabulating data, summarizing, and reporting. The results were</span> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">conducted between 2019 and 2021.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results</span></i></b><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: </span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The results showed that the largest number of approved research projects were related to the patients with Corona and their families, as well as nurses and health care providers. In this field, the studies were mostly focused on psychological issues such as anxiety, death, stress, and depression.</span> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In the field of patient and family, it is necessary to investigate the development of nursing care models and theories as well as the relevance of nursing theories and their effect on nursing care of patients with covid-19 so that, we could be able to improve the quality of care by applying nursing theories in the nursing process of caring for patients with Covid-19. In the field of nurses and care providers, it is necessary to conduct more studies on nurses&#39; willingness to provide care for patients with infectious diseases, and examine nurses&rsquo; competence in caring for patients with infectious diseases, including Covid-19.</span> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Fewer studies have been conducted in the field of nursing students and faculty members, as well as healthcare service provider systems. In this area, most research was related to the quality of virtual education, the strengths and weaknesses of this educational method, and the faculty members&rsquo; ability to use them. E-learning may affect students&#39; health and academic outcomes; hence further research is needed. In the field of healthcare service provider systems, it is necessary to conduct more research on human resource management.
