fa توسعه استعداد پژوهشی در پرستاران بالینی: رویکرد ترکیبی آموزش علوم پزشکی Medical Education پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">پیش‌زمینه و هدف: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">آموزش تحقیقات پرستاری، عنصری حیاتی در ارتقای صلاحیت‌های پژوهشی پرستاران بالینی و به‌تبع آن، بهبود کیفیت مراقبت از بیمار محسوب می‌شود</span></span>.<span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> باوجود اهمیت این موضوع، کمبود برنامه‌های آموزشی اثربخش در این زمینه، چالشی اساسی در نظام سلامت به شمار می‌رود. ازاین‌رو، توسعه دقیق برنامه‌های آموزشی تحقیقات پرستاری، ضرورتی انکارناپذیر است</span></span>.<span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> در این مطالعه، تیم تحقیق باهدف پر کردن این خلأ، به دنبال توسعه دقیق یک برنامه آموزشی ترکیبی برای ارتقای صلاحیت‌های پژوهشی پرستاران بالینی بر اساس چارچوب نظری مدل یادگیری ترکیبی توسعه استعداد است</span></span>.<span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> این مدل، با تلفیق رویکردهای آموزشی نظری و عملی، زمینه لازم برای یادگیری عمیق و پایدار مفاهیم و مهارت‌های پژوهشی را فراهم می‌کند</span></span>.<span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin"> اهداف این مطالعه عبارت‌اند از: 1) توسعه دقیق یک برنامه آموزشی ترکیبی برای پرستاران بالینی بر اساس مدل <a name="_Hlk160661899">یادگیری ترکیبی توسعه </a>استعداد 2) توصیف و بحث در مورد کاربردها و مزایای مدل به‌دست‌آمده. یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌تواند در ارتقای کیفیت برنامه‌های آموزشی تحقیقات پرستاری و به‌تبع آن، بهبود کیفیت مراقبت از بیمار نقش بسزایی ایفا کند</span></span>.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">مواد و روش کار</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">: این یک مطالعه توصیفی &ndash; طراحی است. که در بخش اول بر اساس مدل یادگیری ترکیبی توسعه استعدادها؛ یک برنامه توسعه استعداد با رویکرد ترکیبی برای پرستاران بالینی طراحی می‌شود و در مرحله دوم این برنامه از طریق گروه کانونی به بحث گذاشته و نهایی می‌گردد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Yagut">یافته‌ها</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">: با پیروی از مدل یادگیری ترکیبی توسعه استعداد یک برنامه آموزشی ترکیبی برای پرستاران بالینی به‌منظور توسعه استعداد پرستاران بر اساس نیازهای پرستاران بالینی در زمینه&quot; توانایی انجام تحقیقات پرستاری&quot; و چارچوب نظری آموزش ترکیبی ایجاد شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که تکنیک گروه اسمی روشی مؤثر برای شناسایی نیازها و اولویت‌های مشترک فراگیران است و مدل یادگیری ترکیبی توسعه استعداد یک مدل فرآیندی ارزشمند برای هدایت یک برنامه آموزشی ترکیبی است. آموزش ترکیبی روشی امیدوارکننده برای توسعه استعداد و بهبود نتایج آموزشی است. همچنین لازم به ذکر است مطالعات تجربی بیشتری برای ارزیابی بیشتر آموزش ترکیبی توسعه استعدادها و عملکردهای مرتبط در آموزش پرستاری موردنیاز است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Background & Aim</span></i></b><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: </span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Nursing research education is a vital component in enhancing the research competencies of clinical nurses and, consequently, improving the quality of patient care. Despite the importance of this issue, the scarcity of effective educational programs in this field is a significant challenge in the healthcare system. Therefore, the accurate development of nursing research educational programs is an undeniable necessity. In this study, to fill this gap, the research team is looking for the precise development of a combined educational program to improve the research skills of clinical nurses based on the theoretical framework of the combined learning model of talent development. By combining theoretical and practical educational approaches, this model provides the necessary background for deep and sustainable learning of research concepts and skills. The objectives of this study are: 1) Accurate development of a combined training program for clinical nurses based on the combined learning model of talent development, and 2) Description and discussion of the applications and benefits of the obtained model. The findings of this study can play a significant role in improving the quality of nursing research educational programs and consequently improving the quality of patient care.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Materials & Methods</span></i></b><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: </span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">This is a descriptive design study. The first part involved developing a talent development blended learning program for clinical nurses based on the talent development blended learning model. The second part of the study involved validating the program through a focus group.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Results</span></i></b><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: </span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Following the combined learning model of talent development, a combined educational program was created for clinical nurses to develop their talent. It was created based on their needs in &quot;nursing research ability&quot; and the theoretical framework of combined education.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Conclusion</span></i></b><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: </span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">This study revealed that the nominal group technique is an effective method for identifying learners&#39; needs and priorities, and the talent development blended learning model is a valuable process model for guiding a blended educational program. Blended learning is a promising approach for talent development and improving educational outcomes.
