fa تاب‌آوری، رویکردی اثربخش برای پایداری در پرستاری: یک نامه به سردبیر RESILIENCE, AN EFFECTIVE APPROACH TO SUSTAINABILITY IN NURSING: A LETTER TO THE EDITOR پرستاری Nursing نامه به سردبیر Letter to editor پرستاران به دلیل ماهیت حرفه‌ی خود، با عوامل تنش‌زای مختلفی مواجه می‌شوند و میزان این تنش در حرفه‌ی پرستاری نسبت به سایر مشاغل حوزه سلامت از میزان بیشتری برخوردار است (1). از عوامل تنش‌زا می‌توان به مواردی چون نیاز به سطح بالای دانش و مهارت، حجم کاری بالا، لزوم پاسخ فوری و بی‌درنگ پرستار به موقعیت‌های خطیر و مسئولیت سنگین ناشی از مراقبت بیمار اشاره کرد (2). پس به دلیل ماهیت تنش‌زای حرفه پرستاری، سلامت جسمانی و روانی پرستاران با تهدید جدی روبرو می‌شود و در درازمدت می‌تواند باعث مشکلاتی چون بیماری‌های جسمی و روانی، ترک حرفه، نارضایتی و فرسودگی شغلی در آنان شود (3). تاب‌آوری، ظرفیت بازگشتن از دشواری پایدار و ادامه‌دار و توانایی در ترمیم خویشتن است. این ظرفیت انسان می‌تواند باعث شود تا او پیروزمندانه از رویدادهای ناگوار بگذرد و علیرغم قرار گرفتن در معرض تنش‌های شدید، شایستگی اجتماعی، تحصیلی و شغلی او ارتقا یابد (4). تاب‌آوری نوعی ویژگی است که از فردی به فردی دیگر متفاوت است و می‌تواند به‌مرورزمان رشد کند یا کاهش یابد و بر اساس خود اصلاحگری فکری و عملی انسان، در روند آزمون‌وخطای زندگی شکل می‌گیرد (5). تاب‌آوری جهت پایداری فرد در برابر آسیب‌ها یا شرایط تهدیدکننده و همچنین شرکت فعال و سازنده فرد در محیط لازم است و موجب توانمندی فرد در برقراری تعادل زیستی– روانی در شرایط تنش‌زا می‌شود (6). فرد به کمک این توانایی قادراست شرایط استرس‌زا را به فرصتی برای یادگیری و رشد تبدیل نموده و با تمرکز بر مشکل، استرس را کنترل کند (7).  پژوهش‌ها نشـان داده‌اند تاب‌آوری به‌عنوان عاملـی مهـم، موجـب ارتقـای رضایـت پرسـتاران و مانـدگاری شـغلی در بخش‌های مختلـف می‌شود و  بــر ســامت روانــی و جسـمی، کاهش اسـترس و احسـاس فرسـودگی پرستاران تأثیر گذاشته و عملکـرد حرفه‌ای و سـامت روانی‌شان را نیـز ارتقـاء می‌دهد (8). همچنین درک مفهوم تاب‌آوری می‌تواند در ارائه پشتیبانی و توسعه برنامه‌هایی برای کمک به پرستاران در ارتقا و ماندگاری در پرستاری کمک کند (9). پرستاران در عصر کنونی ، به‌منظور رویارویی با مشکلات حرفه‌ای و تأمین سلامت روانی خـود بایـد به‌طور ماهرانه‌ای تاب‌آوری را در خود گسترش دهند، زیرا تاب‌آوری و رفتارهای تاب آورانه به‌طور بالقوه بـه افـراد کمک می‌کند تا بر تجارب منفی غلبه کنند و این تجـارب را به تجارب مثبت در خود تبدیل کنند (10). تاب‌آوری، اثرات ناگوار شرایط نامساعد شغلی را اصلاح و یا تعدیل می‌کند و باعث افزایش سلامت روان و بهبود کیفیت خدمات پرستاری می‌شود. در غیر این صورت شرایط کار برای پرستاران آن‌قدر دشوار خواهد شد که آسیب‌های روانی و زیستی برای آنان به وجود خواهد آمد و در چنین محیطی ادامه حرفه با مشکل روبرو خواهد شد (11). در نتیجه‌گیری می‌توان اشاره کرد که تاب‌آوری عاملی اثربخش برای افزایش مقاومت و تحمل پرستاران در برابر ناملایمات و سختی‌های زندگی حرفه‌ای بوده  و مجهز شدن پرستاران به این ابزار که  به‌مانند سپری در برابر انواع سختی‌ها و مشکلات است، می‌توانند تحمل‌پذیری و تطابق پرستاران با ناملایمات زندگی حرفه‌ای را بهبود ببخشد. بنابراین ضروری است در برنامه‌ریزی‌های آموزشی و تربیتی پرستاران به این امر توجه کافی شود تا مهارت تاب‌آوری در پرستاران نهادینه‌شده و ارتقا یابد.   Due to the nature of their profession, nurses face various stressors, and the level of this stress in nursing is higher than in other health professions (1). Among the stress-causing factors, we can mention things such as the need for a high level of knowledge and skills, high workload, the need for immediate response of the nurse to serious situations, and heavy responsibility due to patient care (2). Therefore, due to the stressful nature of the nursing profession, the physical and mental health of nurses faces a serious threat, and in the long run, it can cause problems such as physical and mental illnesses, leaving the profession, dissatisfaction, and job burnout (3). Resilience is the capacity to bounce back from persistent and continuous difficulty and the ability to repair oneself. This human capacity can help individuals pass through unfortunate events victoriously and improve their social, academic and professional competence despite being exposed to extreme tensions (4). Resilience is a characteristic that varies from one person to another, can grow or decrease over time, and is formed in the trial-and-error process of life based on a person's intellectual and practical self-correction (5). Resilience is necessary for a person's stability against injuries or threatening conditions, as well as the person's active and constructive participation in the environment, and it enables the person to establish biological-psychological balance in stressful conditions (6). With the help of this ability, a person can turn stressful situations into an opportunity for learning and growth and control stress by focusing on the form (7). Research has shown that resilience is an essential factor that increases nurses' satisfaction and job permanence in different departments and affects mental and physical well-being, reducing stress and burnout and the professional performance of nurses. Also, their mental health is promoted (8). Also, understanding the concept of resilience can help provide support and develop programs to help nurses improve and stay in nursing (9). In today's era, nurses must skillfully develop resilience to face professional problems and ensure their mental health because resilience and resilient behaviors help people overcome negative experiences and turn these experiences into positive experiences (10). Resilience corrects or moderates the adverse effects of unfavorable job conditions, increases mental health, and improves the quality of nursing services. Otherwise, the working conditions for nurses will be so difficult that they will suffer psychological and biological injuries, and it will be difficult to continue their careers in such an environment (11). In conclusion, resilience is an effective factor in increasing the resistance and tolerance of nurses against the adversities and hardships of professional life, and equipping nurses with this tool is like a shield against all kinds of hardships and problems. It can improve the tolerance and adaptation of nurses to the adversities of professional burnout.
