پیش‌زمینه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه اضطراب سلامت، حمایت اجتماعی و تنظیم شناختی هیجان (راهبرد سازش یافته و راهبرد سازش نیافته) با انگیزه تغییر رفتار بیماران قلبی عروقی کرونر شهر ارومیه بود.
مواد و روش کار: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع مقطعی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه بیماران قلبی عروقی کرونر بیمارستان سیدالشهدا شهر ارومیه بود که از جامعه مذکور تعداد 313 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه انگیزه تغییر رفتار در بیماران (ولیامز و همکاران، 2005)، پرسشنامه اضطراب سلامت (سالکوسکیس و همکاران، 2002)، مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی (شربورن و استووارت، 1991) و پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان (گارنفسکی و کرایج، 2006) بود. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از رگرسیون هم‌زمان استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد اضطراب سلامت و راهبرد سازش نیافته با انگیزه تغییر رفتار بیماران رابطه منفی معنادار و حمایت اجتماعی و راهبرد سازش یافته با انگیزه تغییر رفتار بیماران رابطه مثبت معنادار داشتند (01/0P <). همچنین بر اساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون هم‌زمان راهبردهای سازش یافته با ضریب بتای 41/0 بیشترین توانایی پیش‌بینی انگیزه تغییر رفتار بیماران را دارد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، اضطراب سلامت، حمایت اجتماعی و تنظیم شناختی هیجان با انگیزه تغییر رفتار بیماران قلبی عروقی کرونر رابطه معنی‌دار دارند. بنابراین، پزشکان، متخصصان و درمانگران می‌توانند از یافته‌های این مطالعه جهت تسریع در روند بهبود بیماران خود بهره ببرند.
