 Survey of Job Satisfaction and the Factors Affecting it, with Employed Nurses in the Educational and Curative Centers  of Uromieh University of Medical Sciences, 1380.  M.A. Movahhed [1] . BS Y.H. Moghaddam [2] . MS   Abstract:   Introduction: The purpose of this descriptive study was to determine the nurses. Introduction: Job satisfaction is a desirable feeling. The purpose of this descriptive study was to determine the nurses. Job satisfaction and the factors that affecting it job satisfaction and the factors that affecting it.  Metliods & Materials: This is a descriptive study. Samples of study were chosen non randomly. We used a questionnaire among 250 Nurse who 166 cases were filled and returned.  Results: The findings indicated that most of the subjects was dissatisfied with their job. The effective factors of job satisfaction from the employed nurses, viewpoint in the educational and curative centers of Urmia University of Medical Sciences, were respectively economic security, management, social, working conditions and working relationship factors.  The findings identified that 65.7% of nurses were dissatisfied with their job.  Discussion: The results of this study suggest that it is necessary the nursing leaders and managers to pay more attention to nurses, job satisfaction, and reinforce the factors that influence on the promotion of their job satisfaction.   Key Words: Job Satisfaction, Nurses   Educational Supervisor, Arefian Hospital, Urmia. .
