The data were collected through 26 unstructured interviews and analyzed using conventional content analysis. The rigor has been guaranteed with prolonged engagement, maximum variance sampling, member check and audit trail.Result: The main theme was learning in confrontation with planning our on planning situation in personal and professional life. These situations provide rich experiences for learning of humanistic behavior. Participants’ experiences are “confrontation with committed role models”, “work and care as learning chance” and “confrontation with unpleasant life experiences”.Conclusion:  Education of humanistic approaches begins with childhood in the family. This is influenced by culture of family, education by family, faculty and nursing management.
