  The role of intellectual capital and learning organization culture on organizational learning capability   GhasemzadehAlishahi A [1]      Received: 2 Jan, 2015 Accepted: 4 Apr, 2015   Abstract:   Background & Aims: In the knowledge economy , intellectual property , and especially human capital , is among the most important assets of an organization. Learning organization culture and intellectual capital are important organizational and individual behaviors that can affect organizational learning capability. This paper examines the role of intellectual capital and learning organization culture in the organizational learning capability of health care organizations.   Materials & Methods: In terms of research methodology , this is a descriptive and correlational study. The statistical population included all 600 nurses of Imam Reza Hospital in Mashhad in 2014 . According to the statistical population, 150 nurses were selected as the sample on the basis of Krejcie and Morgan sample table . The sampling method is stratified random sampling according to which the sample of each ward is determined on the basis of wards and ratios. To gather the data, the standard questionnaires of Bontis (2004) intellectual capital, Yang (2004) learning organization culture and Chiva (2007) organizational learning capacity were used. To investigate the relationship among the variables in the conceptual model, the average structural model was used.   Results: The results showed that intellectual capital and learning organization culture bear a significant role in explaining the organizational learning capacity.
