  Introduction: learning style is an important consideration in the teaching - learning process. People have their own unique styles of learning. Understanding the preferred styles of learning of the students can help us to teach in a way that is in conformity with the students' personal styles. Thus, this study has been undergone with the aim of identifying the learning styles of students of the Nursing and Midwifery College of Torbat Heydariyeh.   Methods: This study is a descriptive-analytic research which has been done in cross-section and includes all the students studying at the Nursing and Midwifery College of Torbat Heydariyeh. In this research, learning style of the students and its relationship in regards with differentials, such as, age, major, semester and average marks of students' progress were studied.   The Kolb Learning Inventory was used for collection of data.
