گیاه بابونه و نقش آن در اختلالات دوران بارداری و زایمان: یک مطالعه مروری

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: زنان باردار به دنبال بروز مشکلات جسمانی و روانی، معمولاً گیاهان دارویی را بر داروهای شیمیایی ترجیح می‌دهند. استفاده از گیاه بابونه جهت کنترل مشکلات دوران بارداری و زایمان در مطالعات زیادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است، و مطالعه حاضر به‌عنوان یک مطالعه مروری به بررسی نتایج این مطالعات پرداخته است.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه که به‌صورت مروری نقلی انجام شد تمام مقالاتی که نتیجه کارازمایی بالینی بوده به زبان‌های فارسی و انگلیسی از سال 1389 تا 1403 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه در نهایت 14 مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مطالعات در رابطه با نقش بابونه بر تهوع استفراغ بارداری، درد و اضطراب حین زایمان، کیفیت خواب زنان باردار، انقباضات زایمانی، خونریزی پس از زایمان، درد و ترمیم زخم اپی زیاتومی بودند.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعات بررسی شده تا حدودی از نقش مثبت بابونه در بهبود برخی اختلالات دوران بارداری و زایمان حمایت می‌کند. با توجه به این که در مطالعات انجام شده هیچ عارضه خاصی از این گیاه مشاهده نشد لذا با عنایت به ارزان و در دسترس بودن این گیاه و رویکرد زنان جامعه ما به استفاده از طب سنتی ایرانی و مصرف داروهای گیاهی، استفاده از داروهای گیاهی می‌تواند به‌عنوان درمان مکمل در کنار داروهای رایج مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و این امر نیازمند مطالعات گسترده‌تری در این زمینه می‌باشد.
