پیش‌زمینه و هدف: با توجه به پیامدهای متعدد مشکلات رفتاری در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم (ASD)، مطالعه حاضر باهدف مقایسه تأثیر ورزش مغزی (BG) و رابطه‌درمانی والد-کودک (CPRT) بر اختلالات رفتاری کودکان مبتلا به ASD در شهرهای کاشان و اراک در سال 1399 انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این کارآزمایی بالینی، 36 کودک واجد شرایط به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب و با تصادفی‌سازی بلوکی به دو گروه مداخله اختصاص داده شدند. مداخلات BG و CPRT به ترتیب بر اساس دستورالعمل‌های دنیسون و لندرث-براتون در 10 جلسه اجرا شدند. پرسشنامه‌های مشخصات دموگرافیک، راتر و ریون تکمیل گردید. اختلالات رفتاری توسط زیرمقیاس‌های رفتارهای کلیشه‌ای، ارتباط و تعاملات اجتماعی گارس-2 در شروع، پایان مداخله و دو ماه بعد بررسی شد. دادههای 28 کودک (BG و CPRT به ترتیب 15 و 13) بر اساس طرح‌های ازپیش‌تعیین‌شده و قصد درمان توسط کای‌دو، فیشر، تی-مستقل و آنالیز واریانس با اندازههای تکراری تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: تفاوت معنی‌داری بین مشخصات دموگرافیک در دو گروه وجود نداشت. نتایج در هر دو طرح تحلیل، نشان‌دهنده عدم معنی‌داری اثر متقابل زمان و مداخله و اثر گروه و همچنین معنی‌داری اثر زمان (0001/0>p) بر شدت اختلال رفتاری بود. در پایان مداخله و دوره پیگیری، تفاوت معنی‌داری در شدت اختلال رفتاری بین دو گروه وجود نداشت.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: هریک از مداخلات BG و CPRT به‌تنهایی می‌توانند اختلالات رفتاری در ASD را کاهش دهند و تفاوت چندانی در میزان اثربخشی نداشتند. لذا بسته به شرایط و امکانات موجود، حداقل یکی از مداخلات مذکور جهت کاهش شدت اختلالات رفتاری در کودکان مبتلا به ASD پیشنهاد می‌شود.
