چکیده: (284 مشاهده)
پیش‌زمینه و هدف: ترویج تغذیه با شیر مادر از اولویت‌های سلامت نوزاد و کودک در سراسر دنیا است. هوش معنوی و سلامت معنوی دو مؤلفه فرضی مرتبط با خودکارآمدی شیردهی هستند و ممکن است موجب ارتقاء تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر شوند. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین ارتباط هوش معنوی و سلامت معنوی با خودکارآمدی شیردهی در زنان شیرده شهر گرگان انجام شد.
مواد و روش کار: مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی بروی ۲۶۹ زن نخست زا که حداکثر دو ماه از زایمان آن‌ها گذشته انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان به‌صورت دردسترس از لیست مراجعین مراکز جامع سلامت شهر گرگان انتخاب و فرم اطلاعات فردی، پرسش‌نامه‌های هوش معنوی، سلامت معنوی و خودکارآمدی شیردهی را به‌صورت خوداظهاری تکمیل نمودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش آمار توصیفی و مدل‌های رگرسیونی توسط نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 16 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: میانگین هوش معنوی و سلامت معنوی و خودکارآمدی شیردهی به ترتیب ۰۹/۱۵± 66/53 و ۷۷/۱۲±۶/۹۹ و ۵۶/۵ ±44/56 به دست آمد. نتایج حاکی بود بین متغیرهای هوش معنوی و سلامت معنوی همبستگی مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد (۲۳/۰=r) (000/۰=P). بین سلامت معنوی و خودکارآمدی شیردهی نیز ارتباط مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد (121/۰=r) (048/0p=) ولی بین هوش معنوی و خودکارآمدی شیردهی ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد (011/0= r) (863/0p=).
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تأثیر سلامت معنوی بر خودکارآمدی شیردهی، باید از این مؤلفه در ارتقا خودکارآمدی شیردهی بهره برد و در آموزش و مشاورههای شیردهی بر ارتقا سلامت معنوی تأکید نمود.
