پیش‌زمینه و هدف: پرستاران پل ارتباطی بین جوامع آسیب‌پذیر و خدمات مراقبت‌های بهداشتی هستند و نقش مهمی در ارائه خدمات پزشکی ایفا می‌کنند و بنابراین، حفظ سلامت روان آن‌ها اهمیت زیادی دارد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی مدل مفروض ارتباط بین ذهن آگاهی با خودکارآمدی با نقش میانجی‌گری تنظیم هیجان و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در پرستاران بود.
مواد و روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی آر نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، 894 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان‌های شهر ساری بوده که از این تعداد، 255 نفر با استفاده از روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم جنسیت، انتخاب شدند. سپس پرسشنامه‌های مقیاس خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر (GSE-17)، پرسشنامه راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان گراس و جان (ERQ)، پرسشنامه ذهن آگاهی بائر و همکاران (FFMQ) و پرسشنامه انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال (CFI) را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخه 27 و AMOS نسخه 24 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که ارتباط ساختاری بین ذهن آگاهی با خودکارآمدی در پرستاران با میانجی‌گری تنظیم هیجان و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی وجود دارد و مدل مفهومی بر اساس داده‌های پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است (0/907 = CFI، 0/076= RMSEA و 2/843= χ²/df) (P<0/05) (t≠ -1.96-1.96 ). یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که ذهن آگاهی با خودکارآمدی رابطه مثبت و معنادار (3/571= t و 0/05>p)، ذهن آگاهی با تنظیم هیجان رابطه مثبت و معنادار (2/672= t و P<0/05) ، ذهن آگاهی با انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی رابطه مثبت و معنادار (8/699= t و 0/05>p)، تنظیم هیجان با خودکارآمدی رابطه مثبت و معنادار
(5/414= t و P<0/05)، انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی با خودکارآمدی رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارند (2/246= t و P<0/05) و تنظیم هیجان و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی نقش میانجی‌گر کامل در رابطه بین ذهن‌آگاهی و خودکارآمدی می‌باشند (P<0/05).
نتیجه‌گیری: ذهن آگاهی و خودکارآمدی با نقش میانجی تنظیم هیجان و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی نقش مهمی در بهبود شرایط زندگی شخصی و کاری و همچنین روابط بین فردی پرستاران ایفا می‌نمایند. بنابراین پرستاران می‌توانند از این عوامل در جهت رشد سلامت روان بهره ببرند.
