تأثیر اقتصاد زیست انرژی و شناختی-رفتاری در رضایت جنسی و احقاق جنسی زنان

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: سلامت جنسی یکی از مهم‌ترین ابعاد رضایت زناشویی به شمار می‌رود. احقاق جنسی و رضایت جنسی ازجمله مؤلفه‌های سلامت جنسی است که در افراد متأهل می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز مشکلات فراوانی باشد. پژوهش حاضر باهدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر رویکرد اقتصاد زیست انرژی و درمان شناختی- رفتاری بر رضایت جنسی و احقاق جنسی زنان انجام شد.
مواد و روش کار: پژوهش حاضر نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل با دوره پیگیری بود. جامعه پژوهش زنان 20 تا 40 ساله متأهل مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره منطقه 7 تهران در نیمه اول سال 1401 بودند. 45 نفر به‌صورت در دسترس و داوطلبانه به‌عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی به سه گروه 15 نفره (دو گروه مداخله و یک گروه کنترل) گمارده شدند. گروه‌های مداخله به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای به‌صورت یک بار در هفته، درمان شناختی رفتاری و درمان مبتنی بر اقتصاد زیست انرژی دریافت کردند. از پرسشنامه‌های رضایت جنسی لارسون (1998) و شاخص احقاق جنسی هالبرت (1992) به‌عنوان ابزار پژوهش استفاده شد. داده‌های پژوهش به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 25 و با روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر با در نظر گرفتن سطح معناداری 05/0 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که هر دو روش درمان شناختی رفتاری و اقتصاد زیست انرژی منجر به بهبود معنادار احقاق جنسی و رضایت جنسی شدند (05/0> P). نتایج آزمون تعقیبی بن فرونی نشان داد که اثرات هر دو درمان در دوره پیگیری پایدار بوده (05/0< P) و همچنین بین دو درمان شناختی رفتاری و اقتصاد زیست انرژی در اثربخشی بر روی احقاق جنسی و رضایت جنسی زنان تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0< P).
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: به‌منظور بهبود مؤلفه‌های سلامت و رضایت جنسی زنان می‌توان از درمان‌های شناختی رفتاری و اقتصاد زیست انرژی بهره برد.
