پیش‌زمینه و هدف: انگیزش شغلی پرستاران به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار در کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری باید موردتوجه قرار گیرد. انگیزش مستقیماً عملکرد کارکنان بیمارستان‌ها ازجمله پرستاران را در رسیدن به اهداف سازمان تحت تأثیر قرارمی دهد و خودشکوفایی میل به بهتر شدن نسبت به آنچه که یک فرد هست و آن چیزی که یک فرد ظرفیت شدن آن را دارد است. ازآنجاکه خودشکوفایی یکی از مؤلفه‌های سلامت روان است و جستجو برای معنا شالوده سلامت روانی است، دست یافتن به معنای زندگی به‌عنوان یک نیروی روانی باعث‌وبانی احساس مثبت، رضایت و حتی امنیت روانی می‌شود، بلایا و بحران‌های طبیعی ازجمله زلزله، رویدادهای مختل‌کننده‌ای هستند که معمولاً مهار آن‌ها فراتر از ظرفیت پاسخ‌دهی سیستم‌های محلی و منطقه‌ای است و می‌تواند انگیزه پرستاران برای انجام وظایف خود را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. لذا مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین ارتباط بین انگیزش شغلی، خودشکوفایی و معنای زندگی پرستاران در زمان رخداد حوادث بحرانی در شهرستان خوی در سال 1401 انجام شده است.
مواد و روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، 404 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مراکز آموزشی درمانی و بیمارستان‌های دانشکده علوم پزشکی خوی که دارای معیارهای ورود به مطالعه بودند، به‌صورت سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. جهت تکمیل داده‌ها از فرم مشخصات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه استاندارد انگیزش شغلی لوداهل کیچنر، پرسشنامه خودشکوفایی اهواز و پرسشنامه معنای زندگی استگر استفاده شد. کلیه داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 23 و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد 6/61 درصد پرستاران دارای انگیزش شغلی بالا و 1/86 درصد دارای خودشکوفایی قوی می‌باشند. میانگین بعد حضور معنا و میانگین بعد جستجوی معنا به ترتیب 549/7 ± 476/28 و 598/7± 756/28 است. 79 درصد پرستاران دارای بعد حضور معنا و 9/81 درصد دارای بعد جستجوی معنا بودند که نشان‌دهنده داشتن معنا (هدف) برای زندگی است. طبق نتایج آزمون همبستگی، بین انگیزش شغلی با خودشکوفایی و معنای زندگی ارتباط مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به بالا بودن انگیزش شغلی و خودشکوفایی و وجود معنای زندگی در پرستاران شاغل در این مطالعه، مدیران می‌توانند با فراهم کردن محیط کاری مناسب برای حفظ آن‌ها و ایجاد شرایطی برای افزایش بیشتر این مقادیر بهبودی هر چه بیشتر کیفیت مراقبت‌های پرستاری را فراهم سازند.
