پیش‌زمینه و هدف: عوارض دیابت به‌عنوان یک بیماری مزمن، باعث ایجاد پریشانی روان‌شناختی در مبتلایان می‌شود و افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس که از مؤلفه‌های این پریشانی هستند بر روند مدیریت بیماری و پیامدهای آن تأثیر می‌گذارند. بر این اساس، هدف این پژوهش مقایسه سه روش مداخله کتاب‌درمانی، درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری و شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر پریشانی روان‌شناختی در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو بود.
مواد و روش کار: این پژوهش به‌صورت نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل اجرا شد. جامعه آماری آن زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو‌‌ مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک سجاد تهران در سه ماه نخست سال 1402 بود که 60 نفر با نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی ساده در چهار گروه جایگذاری شدند. داده‌ها در دو مرحله پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس لویبوند و لویبوند (۱۹۹۵) جمع‌آوری شدند. تحلیل آماری با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۲ با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان‌دهنده تأثیر معنادار هر سه مداخله بر افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس در سطح 05/0 بود (05/0> P). همچنین، تفاوتی معنادار (05/0> P) بین تأثیر شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی با درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری و کتاب‌درمانی بر افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس مشاهده شد، اما بین تأثیر درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری با کتاب‌درمانی تفاوتی معنادار مشاهده نشد (05/0<P).
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تأثیر و پایداری بیشتر شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی، اجرای این مداخله با هدف کاهش پریشانی روان‌شناختی ناشی از عوارض دیابت همراه با درمان‌های پزشکی در مراکز درمانی پیشنهاد می‌شود.
