پیش‌زمینه و هدف: دیابت بارداری یکی از شایع‌ترین اختلالت متابولیکی در دوران بارداری است که منجر به پیامدهای سوء در مادر و نوزاد می‌شود. مطالعات مختلفی که در ایران باهدف برآورد شیوع دیابت بارداری انجام شده است، نتایج متفاوتی آر گزارش کرده‌اند. این مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز باهدف برآورد شیوع تلفیقی دیابت بارداری در ایران انجام شد.
مواد و روش کار: در این مطالعه بانک¬های اطلاعاتی PubMed،CINAHL، Scopus، Science direct، SID، Magiran، Iranmedex، Irandoc، Medlib، Google scholar با کلیدواژه‌های GDM، Meta-Analysis، Iran و prevalence و ترکیب آن‌ها در فاصله زمانی 2001 تا 2021 جستجو شد. برای جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی از معادل فارسی این کلیدواژه‌ها استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از متاآنالیز و مدل اثرات تصادفی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. میزان ناهمگنی مطالعات با شاخص I2 بررسی شد. ارتباط بین شیوع دیابت بارداری با سال انتشار مقالات و میانگین سن زنان با متارگرسیون ارزیابی شد. برای برآورد شیوع دیابت بارداری به تفکیک روش غربالگری و منطقه بندی کشوری از تحلیل زیرگروهی استفاده شد. سوگیری انتشار با آزمون ایگر بررسی شد.
یافته‌ها: 51 مطالعه با حجم نمونه 53614 نفر وارد تحلیل شد. شیوع دیابت بارداری 10 درصد (با فاصله اطمینان 95%: 11-8) بود. شیوع دیابت بارداری بر اساس متد تک‌مرحله‌ای و دومرحله‌ای به ترتیب 8/10 درصد (با فاصله اطمینان 95%: 5/12-1/9) و 5/7 درصد (با فاصله اطمینان 95%: 10-5) درصد بود. در فاصله سال‌های 2001 تا 2021 شیوع دیابت بارداری به‌طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافته بود (002/0p=). همچنین با افزایش سن زنان، شیوع دیابت بارداری افزایش یافته بود (05/0p=). سوگیری انتشار معنی‌دار بود (001/0p=).
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: به دلیل شیوع بالای دیابت بارداری، غربالگری عمومی و اجرای اقدامات پیشگیرانه برای همه زنان باردار در جهت کاهش شیوع دیابت بارداری و عوارض ناشی از آن ضرورت دارد. همچنین نتایج این مطالعه تصویر شفافی از وضعیت موجود در اختیار مسئولین بهداشتی درمانی قرار می‌دهد که می‌توان بر اساس آن مداخلات لازم را اتخاذ نمود.
