The present research aimed to examine the relationship between psychological factors D- type personality and forgiveness with hope level among individual suffering from coronary heart disease.   Materials & Methods : 132 patients from three hospital of Urmia city and private offices were selected by available sampling method. The D-type Personality Scale (Denollet), Heartland Forgiveness Scale (HFS), and Snyder Hope Scale (HS) were used as analyzing tools.
