  Effective Factors on Active Participation of Clinical Nurses to Solution of Ethical Issues: Master Nursing Students' Perspective     EsmaeilPour Bandboni M [1] *,Sadeghi [2] ,Salsali M [3] ,Borhani F [4]     Received: 5 Dec , 2012 Accepted: 18 Feb , 2013     Abstract:   Background & Aims : The nursing profession is beyond the knowledge or set of skills and techniques to perform. To achieve holistic care, nurses must be educated the ethical knowledge. Nurses in their daily clinical practice are faced with numerous ethical issues and they are expected to have an active role to solution the ethical challenges. Exploration of effective Factors on active participation of clinical nurses to solution of ethical challenges can provide holistic care of the patients in three dimensions technical, professional and ethical care. The purpose of this study was to explore the perspectives of master nursing students regarding these effective factors.   Materials & Methods : A qualitative study, using the content analysis approach, was conducted.
