پیش‌زمینه و هدف: سازگاری شغلی عاملی مهم در طرح‌ریزی برنامه‌ها و ساختارهای سازمانی است. این مطالعه باهدف تعیین میانگین نمره سازگاری شغلی در پرستاران اتاق عمل بیمارستان‌های منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1402 انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع مقطعی-همبستگی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری در این پژوهش شامل 156 پرستار اتاق عمل از بیمارستان‌های منتخب علوم پزشکی اصفهان با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده بود. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های کتبی دموگرافیک و سازگاری شغلی دیویس و لافکوایست انجام گرفت. برای آنالیز داده‌ها از تست‌های تی مستقل دوطرفه و آنووا، آزمون من ویتنی، و آزمون پیرسون کای اسکوئر استفاده شد. آنالیز داده‌ها به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 19 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره سازگاری شغلی 41/109 (از حداکثر 180 نمره قابل کسب) بود که نشان‌دهنده‌ی سازگاری شغلی متوسط است. بین مقیاس‌های ارزش پیشرفت و ارزش راحتی ازنظر جنسیت تفاوت معنی‌دار آماری یافت شد درحالی‌که بین سازگاری شغلی و زیرمقیاس‌های آن ازنظر جنسیت ارتباط معنی‌داری پیدا نشد. بین ارزش خودمختاری و بیمارستان‌ها ارتباط معنی‌دار وجود دارد (029/0=P).
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: شایسته است سازمان‌های مربوطه با توجه به تأثیر مؤلفه‌های متعددی همچون ارزش پیشرفت، ارزش پایگاه، سبک سازگاری و ارزش ایمنی بر سازگاری شغلی، در راستای اجرای اقدامات لازم گام بردارند. همچنین ضروری است در آینده مطالعات بیشتری در راستای ارتقای سازگاری شغلی کادر بیمارستانی صورت گیرد.
